  I can assure you, you dont want to deal with these people. Their technicians are wonderful, but anytime you have to deal with the office you receive a terrible attitude and you may even get hung up on. If you people dont want to deal with the public, or if you dont like answering customers you should find another profession. I purchased a policy to protect my system, but this will not be renewed and i will never ever recommend this company to another customer. Oh, by the way, I own my own business and I'm the member of a business cooperative where we recommend businesses to other businesses and share them on our websites, Perry Hall Heating wont ever be shared between any of the 22 businesses in this group. Your customer service reps should always remember that they never know who they are dealing with.

  EXCELLENT! I called for service at 8:30 AM and they had a Tec there by 2:00 PM. My HVAC issue was fixed in about 45 minutes for a more than reasonable cost. The Technician was thorough and friendly. They've always been reliable. I highly recommend them!

  Throughout the whole process, from quote to finished work, the entire team at Perry Hall was extremely helpful and courteous. A special shout out has to be given to the crew who performed the installation work. They were so nice, explained what they were doing and how the new system would work, did an amazingly professional job installing everything and left the place looking cleaner than before. I would recommend them to anyone who needs this type of work done.

  I have had my HVAC from Perry Hall Heating for about 10 years. Their service has been great. Jeff was recently here to fix my AC. He diagnosed and repaired the unit in less than 10 minutes. He is very experienced and has a friendly manner.

  Blue Dot (we didn’t know better) came to our house 3 times to diagnose our problem. To say price gouging would be an understatement. We paid the service fee but refused to pay the outrageous repair cost. We then called Perry Hall Heating & Air (advice from my father) to have them double check the other guys work. We agreed to the repair and it was SEVEN TIMES CHEAPER. We also called two days later when the thermostat went poo. Both service techs were professional, polite, answered my questions, knowledgeable and made the repairs quickly. Thank you!!! Perry Hall Heating and Air will be my go to moving forward.
