  Today I had my 30 year old HVAC system replaced. Rob, the estimator came out and looked over the job, he came back with 2 estimates within a day. Rob was very professional and the estimates were very detailed. I called and immediately set up an installation appointment. Perry Hall Heating and Air sent out the “A” team to perform the installation. Matt, Mike, and Jake did an amazing job, all while respecting my home with drop cloths, shoe covers, and cleaning everything once the job was completed. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The price on my new Hybrid system was also very reasonable. Looking forward to saving money on my heating and cooling costs. Many thanks for an amazing job !

  We needed our entire HVAC system replaced. Got several quotes, Perry Hall was the most competitive. They were very professional and installed quickly. Got their name through our real estate agent, so it seems they have a solid reputation in the area. Agree that whoever is manning the answering line can be rude.

  I've used Perry Hall Heating and AC multiple times over the years. I always get multiple quotes from at least 3 companies when I am spending the amount of money that a new heating and cooling system costs. Perry Hall always has the best prices. Rob Baker did the estimate and as always took the time to explain our options and make recommendations. The install took 2 days but they did have our AC working on day 1. We were very thankful for this since the temperature was close to 100. Dave and his team work very hard and kept the area clean and neat. Dave took his time explaining the system to us and went over in detail how to operate the new smart thermostat. I've recommended Perry Hall to many friends and neighbors and will continue to do so.

  I can assure you, you dont want to deal with these people. Their technicians are wonderful, but anytime you have to deal with the office you receive a terrible attitude and you may even get hung up on. If you people dont want to deal with the public, or if you dont like answering customers you should find another profession. I purchased a policy to protect my system, but this will not be renewed and i will never ever recommend this company to another customer. Oh, by the way, I own my own business and I'm the member of a business cooperative where we recommend businesses to other businesses and share them on our websites, Perry Hall Heating wont ever be shared between any of the 22 businesses in this group. Your customer service reps should always remember that they never know who they are dealing with.

  We got a new unit 7 months ago. The system keeps breaking down every other month and they have no idea how to fix it. They told me several times that new systems are made cheaply and that’s the way it is now. It’s 100 degrees today and my system shut down again. Do not get new units from Perry hall if you don’t want to call them all the time without getting a resolution.
