  Jacob was great! After he’s done with his work and report, he was courteous to show me what’s working in my system. He also explained his recommendation and attached the estimate for each job needed to complete. Satisfied.

  I have an air conditioner problem. When I called for an appointment they wanted to sell me a membership that would've been $335 for a year the charge to come out and service is $139. The technician that came was very professional but walked in and immediately sat down on my couch. He proceeded to open my unit than I was told oh we don't work on units that are 18 years or older. When I called to make the appointment I told them my unit was 20+ years old. If I had known you don't work or older units cause of some liability I would've have spent $139 for your services. Thank you for telling what was wrong and allowing me to give my business to another company.

  For the first assessment technician, it was fine. The second technician will tell the true story. The second Team Member Alan Powell did a thorough job explaining my issue and the most efficient and cost-effective way to solve it. My install technician Chris and his partner did a thorough job with the installation and explaining everything to me. I am pleased with the outcome of everything.
