  I have nothing good to say about their central l call center. They are liberal with truth and assistance. However, I learned this rating affected the technician, and he was good. My recommendation is to find a way to contact the tech directly and you might not go through my frustration. I changed role rating to reflect him NOT the call center. Below was my original experience with them: I have called every day, for 3 straight days, to get my HVAC fixed after being told the part is in. They took my $1000 immediately and seemed to have no problem calling me to set up the initial appointment and take my money. Now though, customer service "can't" send me to a person or a manager nor set up the follow-on. They did leave 1 message, however the call back user was the same person who can't do anything but escalate my desire to get the repair scheduled. It is a viscous do-loop. I am stuck with them since they already took my $1000, but I would caution anyone to not give them a penny until service is complete. They already made their money and don't really care about whether my unit is working or not.

  I had a great experience with this company. They were very prompt and came exactly on time for every scheduled appointment. The team was very proficient and handled the large job with care and professionalism. Alan was very knowledgeable and provided everything I needed to know during the first intake meeting. A big shout out to the techs Larson, Ateek, Donnie, and Chris (sorry if i left anybody out that worked on the job). All the techs were very nice and made sure the new equipment was running and that I knew what was happening through the installation process. They answered all my questions and took the time I needed to understand everything. I would definitely recommend them to others.

  Chris and the team were knowledgeable and dedicated to ensuring we understood the install and system, answering any questions we had. Overall, the team did a great job managing an incredibly difficult task in our attic.

  Had a great experience with them. They are punctual and professional. Did a full ac and water heater job with no issues.
