  7/6 Review: I had the HVAC ducts in my property cleaned by Michael & Sons and they charged my credit card over $200 more than the agreed to price. I have sent the company multiple e-mails in an attempt to have the problem resolved without success. My hope is that the public review encourages them to take action. I had been a loyal customer for many years and used Michael & Sons at both my properties. I understand that errors can occur, but expect companies to correct issues rather than ignoring a customer. 7/7 Update: Michael & Sons responded to my e-mail, but simply indicated my request had been forwarded. So far no one has actually addressed the concern.

  I had an unexpected leak, and the plumber ( Joshua W.), who came out was excellent. He was very friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything he was doing in a way that was easy to understand. He spent about 2.5 hours at my house and never made me feel like he was rushing through the job. I really appreciated the care and attention he gave to making sure everything was done right. I'm also glad I have a membership with this company because it saved me money the times they have come out for inspections or issues. Overall, a great experience, and I highly recommend them!

  Bruce was amazing. From the time he showed up yesterday to diagnose the issue with our well pump through every step of the way, leaving after a late evening finish Bruce was pleasant, professional, shared updates and gave me an extremely high level of confidence he was on top of the work he promised would fix our issue. I’ve had other companies and technicians out to do work at the house and Bruce has been the best yet. Michael and Sons you’ve got an incredible person on your team who represented your company and himself extremely well. I would recommend Michael and Sons to anyone that needs work done and if you’re lucky that work will be carefully and expertly done by Bruce. Thank you!!

  For three years I've relied on the incompetence of Constellation to fix an ongoing issue with my air conditioner (that Constellation installed in '23). Almost immediately we experienced issues (the line freezing) and had (I counted) seven different technicians come out to our home and give us different reasons for the issue. Never once was it actually fixed when they left, just put a band-aid on it for the issue to return shortly after. I decided to finally reach out to Michael & Son and one visit...the issue has been resolved. I wish I could remember the technician who came out but it was he and his son and the two pursued every possible issue, came up with a solution and it worked. I have not had ONE SINGULAR ISSUE since using Michael & Son. Save yourself the time, money and despair...use Michael & Son!

  Michael & Son Services is outstanding, and I will definitely use their services again in the future. Juan was the technician who came to fix the problem, and he did an excellent job. He worked diligently and made sure everything was completed properly. He was very friendly, respectful, and took the time to explain the issue and the repair process in a way that was easy to understand. Juan demonstrated exceptional professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail throughout the entire service visit. He answered all of my questions patiently and made me feel confident that the problem was resolved correctly. His dedication to providing quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction truly stood out. I am extremely pleased with the experience and highly recommend Michael & Son Services, especially Juan, to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and professional service.
