  I was very pleased with the excellent job done by Bruce Walker. He assisted us in getting the necessary new parts for our water heater and repaired it so that it works like new. Bruce was extremely knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and accommodating throughout the entire process. He did a fantastic job, and we truly appreciate his expertise and excellent service. I would 100% recommend Micheal & Son to anyone looking for professional, reliable, and knowledgeable service.

  Reed provided extensive electrical work for our older, outdated house, and we had a great experience with him. He was polite, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and most importantly, trustworthy. He was always transparent about what needed to be done and why, and we never felt like we were being pushed into unnecessary work. We were honestly overwhelmed by how much electrical work our house needed, but Reed took the time to explain everything and made the whole process feel much more manageable. He made us feel comfortable and confident that the work was being done correctly. He was even able to address issues that we thought wouldn’t be possible to fix because of the age and layout of our home. We really appreciated his honesty, patience, expertise, and professionalism throughout the entire process. We would absolutely recommend Reed to anyone needing electrical work.

  I wanted to leave a great review for Michael Brubach. We had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday night due to a leak, and Michael came out to help us when we really needed it. He arrived in a great mood and had such a positive attitude and sense of humor, which made a stressful situation feel so much easier. His work was very professional, clean, and efficient, and we truly appreciated how he handled everything. We are extremely grateful for his help and would highly recommend Michael Brubach to anyone looking for a reliable and professional plumber. Thank you again for the excellent service!

  Wonderful service as always. I have had HVAC inspection/maintenance, Electrical inspection, and quote for whole-house water filtration systems. My HVAC tech, Michael Ibarra, did a thorough job of inspecting my equipment, explaining the results and offering suggestions for maintenance. My electrical tech, Reed Lilley, also did a thorough inspection and was able to offer insight on future electrical work planned for remodeling. My plumber, Jesse James, answered all my questions regarding water filtration systems and installation. Im looking forward to having him install a system ASAP. I will update this review as appropriate. Overall the techs are polite, knowledgeable, and not pushy on the sales front which is why I use Michael and Son.

  Long have I desired such authentic and transparent service from a company like what I experienced with you guys. Had work done 08/07/26. Next day inspection after setting up apptment 08/06. Same day quote and installation. Reasonable price (considering current costs of household appliances), pleasant demeanor, straightforward strong work ethic and clear attention to detail. No BS. He stuck it out for several hours until the job was done patiently but thoroughly. He even took a few to show me some other things he noticed in my crawlspace that I should keep an eye on. Dylan was my tech. Due to his customer service, I would absolutely choose Michael & Son again in a heartbeat.
