  We were judged before we even got a chance to see the model home. My family and I came up to eat at nicks sea food house. And we were hoping to view the model homes after our early dinner. I had previously seen these houses before and was unable to view as they were closing. So we made plans to eat dinner early so that we could view. We arrived at 1:30pm. They have a huge open house sign however all doors were locked. Our table got called early so we decided to try and view after dinner. But again doors were locked. I called the office and a Chris Duran answered the phone he said viewing was by appointment only. Then proceeded to ask what model we wanted to see. I told him I was unfamiliar with the models and we were from Hagerstown but wanting to relocate. He then told me they have X amount of model homes that run 500k to 1m it came off as if I was looking in the wrong area. I proceeded to tell him that was fine we would like to see. But he then repeated it was appointment only and did I want to make an appointment. I told him again we live far away and he cut me off asking if I wanted to make an appointment. I finally said no and you guys will just loose our business. DRB you need to do better! Have an appointment only sign if that is the case NOT an open model sign. We currently own a DRB home and this is just disappointing the way you guys are treating current and prospective customers. My family and I specifically chose Nicks restaurant for a chance to view these homes. And instead told the price as of we did not belong. DRB is hardly a luxury home builder, and should treat prospective homeowners better. Thank you for helping me make the decision to go with keystone custom homes. Keystone thank you for accommodating a busy Nurse Practitioner and active military member.

  I recently toured this waterfront housing community in Baltimore and had a great experience. The location is beautiful, with scenic water views and a peaceful atmosphere that really stood out. Chris Duron was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the tour. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained the different housing options, and provided valuable information about the community and surrounding area. I never felt rushed, and his professionalism made the entire experience enjoyable.   Locke Landing is a fantastic place to live. The homes are beautiful, the location on the Baltimore Peninsula is hard to beat, and the waterfront views make it feel like a hidden gem in the city. The community amenities are great, but the best part has been the neighbors—everyone is friendly and welcoming. It is the perfect mix of modern living, waterfront access, and convenience to everything Baltimore has to offer. We worked with Chris, who made the process of designing a home from the ground up seamless!
