Chris was always available to answer questions, kept us informed throughout the process, and made sure every detail was addressed. His professionalism, patience, and dedication made our home-buying experience stress free and truly enjoyable. My husband & I are excited about our new home and grateful for the support we received from Chris and the DRB Homes team.   I recently toured this waterfront housing community in Baltimore and had a great experience. The location is beautiful, with scenic water views and a peaceful atmosphere that really stood out. Chris Duron was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the tour. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained the different housing options, and provided valuable information about the community and surrounding area.   Locke Landing is a fantastic place to live. The homes are beautiful, the location on the Baltimore Peninsula is hard to beat, and the waterfront views make it feel like a hidden gem in the city. The community amenities are great, but the best part has been the neighbors—everyone is friendly and welcoming. It is the perfect mix of modern living, waterfront access, and convenience to everything Baltimore has to offer. We worked with Chris, who made the process of designing a home from the ground up seamless!

  As the owner of a real estate brokerage in Baltimore, I see a lot of new construction, and DRB has built a top-notch product at Locke Landing. The quality and design are impressive, and it’s clear they’ve put a lot of thought into both the homes and the overall community. Chris Duron is a stellar professional who is always responsive, knowledgeable, and passionate about both the DRB product and the Locke Landing community. He recently took our company on a walk-and-talk, walking us through everything from the foundation and framing to the mechanicals and finishes. It was informative, transparent, and gave us a great appreciation for the construction process and the quality behind these homes. I believe Locke Landing is only going to become more desirable as the neighborhood continues to develop. Between the marina improvements, pool, walking paths, and other planned amenities, this is shaping up to be one of the places to live in Baltimore for years to come. Great product, great community, and great people behind it. Highly recommend.

They are knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely committed to helping you achieve what you’re looking for in a home. They take the time to answer questions, provide honest guidance, and make the experience enjoyable from start to finish. The community itself is truly one of a kind and will be a staple in Baltimore for years to come. There is no other community that offers this combination of location, convenience, and lifestyle. You’re within walking distance of Federal Hill, downtown Baltimore, M&T Bank Stadium, and Oriole Park at Camden Yards. The waterfront views are incredible, and the walking and running trails make it perfect for individuals and families alike. You’re also just minutes from the Inner Harbor and about 15 minutes from Fells Point. If you’re looking for a community that combines waterfront living, city convenience, and a strong sense of community, Lock Landing is hard to beat. Highly recommend! I made the right decision for my Family!
