- CBChuck Brewer3 days ago1.0Terrible experience. I called and set up a delivery date , time and location. She said ok, we'll see you 8:00 tuesday the 18th. I had a full crew there waiting to pour and finish 7 yards. The concrete never showed. I called and they told me they canceled because I didn't call and confirm the day before. They said they called at some pont and I didn't answer. They never told me delivery was contingent on my calling the day before to confirm. We had a verbal contract to show up tuesday the 18th at 8:00am, the day I originally called and scheduled the delivery. They refused to make it right and made me wait until all their deliveries were done and sent a truck at the end of the day. I had to pay a crew to sit all day and wait. I Would never recommend them and of course I would never use them again.
