  Had Anthony come to evaluate our system when we discovered an odor and AC issues. Amazing provided a tracker to see when he would arrive, He was right on time, extremely kind, curteous, and very clear in explaining his findings, issues and anything else. Anthony walked me through some options and broke down the costs. Such a breath of fresh air (oun intended) to have a trade service business be upfront, clear and honest. Exploring some solutions with them and would highly recommend thus far!

  Anthony Fulco responded to my call for help on an AC unit previously serviced by another company. He corrected work that had actually never been done from the former company and explained everything to me clearly. He was comprehensive in his knowledge and represented himself and Amazing very well. I've requested that he come to all of my future appointments and became a member. 10 stars if I could!

  Zach from Amazing Plumbing, heating and air, provided outstanding service while working on my furnace. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and took the time to explain what he was doing and answer all of my questions. He made sure everything was working properly before he left. It’s refreshing to have a service technician who is not only skilled at his job but also genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service. Zach was friendly, respectful of my home and made the entire experience stress-free. I would highly recommend Zach to anyone needing furnace or HVAC service. Five-star service from start to finish!

  Very professional employees and clearly a very efficiently run company! I was shopping around for contractors. They got a technician out to my house very quickly, his. name is Joshua Rust and he was excellent. Josh ran all the diagnostics and took the time to climb to my roof to check my AC unit. Everything was explained clearly and I felt I had all the info I needed. Josh also was just a pleasant guy to have around so I felt I was in good hands with this company. He also got me a quick appointment with another technician to keep the process moving. There was no pressure or BS tactics to trick me into giving them money. The next technician was Drew Fitzhugh, and he was just as efficient and professional. He answered all my questions and gave me all the info I needed to make an informed decision. Also just a nice guy who reflected very well on the company he works for. He took his time to draw up options for me and walked me through all paperwork before signing. Their prices and warranties seem to be consistent with other companies and contractors in the area. What sold me was how quickly and professionally their employees were. Amazing Plumbing clearly had my best interest at heart and that shows in the efficiency of all the employees I came into contact with. They still have yet to install my system, but I trust they will do a good job and my home will be better off when they are done. Will always call them for help and will recommend them to friends or family who need plumbing or hvac work done.

  I’ll start by saying the tech was polite, professional and took his time explaining, though a little unclear with some technical aspects. However, a couple things I need to take issue with: 1) backyard access was necessary for one of the heat pump inspections and we have a gate that locks easily For our dog. After he was done and left, the gate was left open and our dog got out. Very scary as we live on a busy road. 2) I had purchased an upgraded thermostat a while back and never installed it, I figured it could be done while he was here. When I asked he said ‘sure, no problem’ and then when I went to pay I noticed it was a $500 charge. I understand a fee would be necessary, but not to that extent. I did not have it done. 3) After the services were completed and the tech left, I noticed how cold it was in our house. We have two units and it was freezing- which is not how we keep it. Each thermostat was set 6-8 degrees cooler than I have programmed. I would recommend asking the customer before heading out if you’re unsure of the temps, or write them down before tinkering with the systems so they can be put back to their starting position. 4) I was presented with changing a capacitor for one of my systems and didn’t really feel I got a good explanation of the ‘why’ behind it or the benefit of having an upgrade. There was a little push from him saying he had the part on the truck, but it would have been a substantial service price increase of a few hundred dollars, and then the upsell to have a surge protector installed as well. Both could be necessary and I’m open to hearing it, the delivery of information was not presented well and if felt like an extra. Again, I did not have these done and will now do my own research to see if I can figure out the validity of the upgrade (that system is only a year old). Overall, this was supposed to be a simple routine service/ maintenance call that I feel turned into quite a bit more. I signed up for a routine service package before I realized everything that happened above and am heavily considering cancelling it based on this experience. Again, tech was polite and patient, but there were a few service issues (above) that I did not expect to have to give feedback about, especially based on the heartfelt radio ads I regularly hear. With the name ‘Amazing’ I had higher expectations.
