  Truly Amazing, the young lady that scheduled my appointment was friendly and accommodating, Tony the technician that came to diagnose my issue gave it to me straight, he was willing to repair or replace, whichever direction I decided to go, even though a replacement was the most logical choice for me, Drew, the Comfort Specialist, was so knowledgeable and professional, honestly, he felt like a friend of the family and finally Chad and his co-worker who came to install my furnace, Chad was prompt and ready to roll, what a work horse, they both got the job done in probably not the best of basement conditions. Amazing has my trust and they even ended the experience with a personal touch - a gift for being a customer. Thank you all so so much!

  Amazing Heat and Air advertises that they are different from the others. They pride themselves with not coming into your home to only sell you a new unit. I recommended you to my daughter based on your pledge to fix, not just replace. Biy was i wrong! Your crew spent 5 minutes in my daughter's house before you said it all had to be replaced. We then called for a second opinion only to be told is was the thermostat. Changed the thermostat and the system is running Great!

  Michael, Devin and Dashawn did an outstanding job from start to finish. The team worked efficiently, kept the work area clean, and took time to answer all of our questions. The installation was completed on time and with great attention to detail We truly appreciated their communication, workmanship, and respect for our home I would highly recommend this company and crew to anyone needing HVAC services

  This company stands by its advertising! We had another company come out and told us the whole system needed to be replaced for $8300, Alex came out and said it was a blown transformer for $54, and we were up and running in an hour! Alex was friendly and courteous and took every consideration being in the house. Highly recommend Amazing Heating to anyone that wants an honest assessment. Five stars all the way and will only use them in the future!

  I called Amazing after hearing ads on local radio. The salesman gave a solid proposal and explained the system we would get and why Lennox was the top choice of brands today. He was patient and answered all our questions. Though I believe the estimate was high, I also believed we would get a premium system with premium service. The techs came on time and knew the job (install furnace and A/C). All was going well; they finished when they said they would. My husband and I went out. When we returned an hour later, we found that the supply line to the humidifier popped off – water spewing all over our basement! My husband said he told the tech the line was leaking, but the tech brushed him off, replying, ‘it’s just spray’. I called the Amazing salesman. He asked for photos to share with the Installation Manager who immediately called. He drove 90 min. to get to us that night, bringing two industrial fans. In the meantime we were hard at work with our shop vac sucking up the mess, moving furniture and anything that was wet on the floor. We spent 3 hours on Friday night doing this plus several hours on Sunday to put everything back together. The Manager couldn’t have been more apologetic. He admitted the tech’s mistake of using plastic hose because copper should have been used the entire way. He promised to make us whole. I told him I wanted monetary compensation. On Monday the manager arranged the tech (who did NOT apologize for his mistake) to return to fix the hose at our convenience. He offered me an upgraded smart thermostat and $1000. To be honest I felt $1000 was insufficient for our trouble, but I spoke to the Operations Manager who offered me a 2nd year of Comfort Club and made a good argument for the $1000 that I did not feel was necessary for me to further escalate. In the end we got our system, but not without extreme inconvenience. I had high hopes for Amazing but ultimately was disappointed by this careless mistake from a company who advertises having the best.
