  Zach was our tech this time servicing the main unit in the house during the July heatwave. He was prompt and efficient and did a great job. Diagnosed the issue of the blown capacitor. Fixed it right then and there. Tomorrow is the 4th and we are having 12 guests to watch the fireworks. So really grateful!

  I was fortunate that Amazing Heating sent Zachary for the regular maintenance of my HVAC unit. He is a brilliant, knowledgeable, friendly, respectful and smart technician. He explained everything after using all the equipment he had used to check the reading from the unit on the roof my condo building and also inside unit. He appeared honest, sincere and a brilliant technician and would like to use him again the next time

  The commercials on the radio bait you in.I truly believed them. Had an issue my air conditioner not blowing cold air ever. A technician they sent out was knowledgeable, and he was professional and a really nice guy. He diagnosed my problem, which was a small leak.Then, I heard him say would take about forty minutes to fix. Then add freon of which I'd lost. When I asked him if he could fix it He said he didn't have everything that was needed. I didn't quite understand this. Considering no parts were needed. Just a Torch And some copper wire. And on top of that was quoted 2740.00 and at the bottom said, I saved four hundred. Which means the quote would have been over 3000 dollars to fix a small leak. My opinion is I don't feel like he wanted to do it.Maybe it was too hot, maybe it was too close to a holiday, or maybe it was your last stop. I don't know this for sure. I just can't understand how a company that preached Morals over every other company would charge me so much? And not do the job that I was willing to pay four, but was told I would have to probably wait till monday.

  Second day on the job Mr. Michael did outstanding work running tests and explaining the process every step of the way all with a great attitude. He walked us through the diagnostics he was doing on our INNOVAIR Split System and answered all our questions. He fixed it our unit! He was a complete professional and a pleasure to have at our business! Thank you Mike

  We called amazing for all the ads we hear on the radio about how they are here to take care of our family for emergency heat and air. Our HVAC stopped blowing cold air we called Amazing for emergency service because the next 3 days are 100 plus degrees and we were told they couldn't get someone out until Monday which was 5 days later. We called Horizon and got next day service. Don't believe what the commercials say. Amazing Thankyou for your response
