  What a way to start my day in my restaurant.I turned on my ac unit as usual and started my day as usual.Something felt different in the store.I asked myself.why I'm I feeling this hot when the ac unit was turned on, when I opened my restaurant.I went to check the ac thermostat only to find out that the ac was not running.By this time the temperature inside my restaurant was closed to 96 degrees.I panic and called many heating and cooling companies in my area only to be told that they couldn't come until Monday.I decided to try one more company before I gave up.The name of the company I called is Aire Craft heating and cooling.. This company sent me a technician within one hour.The name of the technician is Mike.He trouble shoot the ac unit within minutes.and got my ac running like brand new.Mr Mike ,I want to tell you that your professional qualities is highly appreciated from the bottom of my heart.I will keep your telephone number very close to my heart.   If I could give 10 stars, I would! We bought our 1937 home in 2013, which had an ancient 1992 heating and cooling system that was still in working order. Of course, we thought we should just replace the system to avoid any major issues. Fred talked us out of it, said the system was working fine, and in the event it failed, he'd swoop in and rescue us. Over the years, he had come out intermittently to service the system (wearing his crazy shoes!) with very minor, very reasonably priced repairs. Fast forward TEN YEARS LATER, the system finally died. Fred and his crew found us a well-priced Trane system, and his crew installed it in 2 days. We have them come out once a year to do maintenance on the system. While they were here, I walked out to find them polishing the outside unit. Who does that??
