Staff was friendly and helpful, providing plenty of instruction on how to use the equipment at pick-up. Equipment was in good shape and worked well, but we encountered an issue later in the day (safety mechanism disabled the chipper). When we reached out to the store they responded immediately and were again very helpful. Great experience overall. Plan to use them again in the future.
