  I was lied to, told my drains were bad & they were leaking into my crawl space-they weren't. They drew up $10,000 worth of improvements-drains,encapsulation, $1000 outlet & a dehumidifier. Made the encapsulation sound more than it was. Said it would reinforce the already in place insulation-it didn't. They just put plastic insulation under the plastic layer & taped it. I felt lied to, scammed. Constantly told I misunderstood stuff. Mgmt contacted me after my complaint was left, they came out looked at everything. Confirmed there was no leak in my crawlspace only old staining from a previous leak. Credited $400 towards another future sales contract. I am appreciative of that & the concern JES mgmt showed me however the damage is done. I pulled apart my drains in an attempt to fix them myself to save $ & they were perfectly fine. I still would not recommend them & I won't ever use them again.

  David was great. He inspected our sinking pool deck, told us why it happened and how they fix it. Super easy process to setup payments. Highly recommended!

  We contacted JES because we were concerned that our foundation might need repairs after experiencing water in our basement. Celeste Curlee came to our home and was absolutely outstanding. She performed a very thorough inspection and took the time to carefully evaluate our concerns. What impressed me most was that Celeste didn’t just look at the immediate issue. She explained what she was seeing, answered all of our questions, and provided valuable advice on how to protect our foundation and home in the future. She also pointed out preventative measures and maintenance tips that were incredibly helpful. Celeste was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and genuinely cared about helping us understand our home. She never made us feel rushed and spent plenty of time making sure all of our concerns were addressed. It is rare to find someone who is both highly experienced and so willing to educate homeowners. We are extremely grateful for her help and would highly recommend Celeste Curlee and JES to anyone with foundation, structural, or basement concerns.

  Alan was great! Very professional! He came out to inspect our home in baltimore and recommended basement water proofing. He did such a good job I will be recommending him to all my friends and family!
