  Jack installed spigots (with inside shutoff valves) on my 2nd and 3rd floor porches. He showed up on time, was friendly, informative and professional. I’m very happy with how the work was done and how it turned out. He verified the operation of the work performed with me. He cleaned up where he worked. The price I paid for the scope of work, materials and labor was a good value and less than other proposals I received. I highly recommend Howard plumbing and will use them again the next time I need a plumber.

  I highly recommend Howards Plumbing if you're ever in need of emergency plumbing services! No one wants to deal with a plumbing emergency but if you do - you'll be grateful to have this team on your side. From start to finish everyone I worked with was professional, trustworthy, and genuinely cared about helping me through a very stressful situation. A special thank you to Jessica! I truly can't say enough about her exceptional customer service. I called more times than I'd like to admit and she was always patient, compassionate, and reassuring. She took the time to answer every question, never made me feel like a burden, and made sure the best crew was assigned to assess my leak and coordinate repairs with both my insurance company and mitigation team. Her communication and kindness made an overwhelming experience so much easier. I'd also like to thank Jackie, Bryan, Ian, Steve, and Jonathan for their outstanding work! They quickly identified the issues, explained everything clearly, and completed the repairs efficiently. Every member of the team was experienced, honest, and transparent about what to expect. Rather than offering temporary fixes, they recommended long-term solutions and never once tried to take advantage of a difficult situation. They genuinely worked with me to find the best solution while also respecting my budget. Hopefully I won't need emergency plumbing services again anytime soon but if I do, Howard's Plumbing will be my first call without hesitation. If you're looking for a responsive, honest, and highly skilled plumbing company - do yourself a favor and give them a call. You won't regret it and you'll save yourself a lot of stress.   First time customer. My issue was not anything urgent, but I preferred to have it settled before a trip. Howard Plumbing was great. They worked within my time frame, showed up promptly and when an unexpected problem came up, the explanation was clear, three solutions were presented and they were true to their word about fixing the whole issue that day, even if it did take longer. And yes, the cost was higher but actually fair. I looked up the price for the materials, which when added to labor, showed me clearly that Howard Plumbing was treating me as a valued customer. I will call them again next time I need a plumber.

  We have been working with Howard plumbing across three homes and over ten years. They have always been on time, upfront, and professional. I felt confident referring them to my mom and they've helped her with several projects over the last couple years. Today (107' heat index) they came out when I had discovered a cold water line leak into the crawlspace of my mom's house. Mike went into the crawlspace, helped set up a pump to drain the small lake that had formed there, then worked to identify the source of the leak (old copper pipe). We had family visiting in the evening so he recommended a solution to "get the house stable/functioning again" so that we could work on a longer term solution. I really don't leave reviews much but this company really deserves it, they are good every time.
