  We had a leak in the roof on our rental that we were not aware of. The roof was supposedly new when we bought the house in 2022. I wish we had hired them to look at the roof at that time since the inspector didn't pick up on anything. We had Black Anchor come out to look at it and they gave us a very honest review and inspection that although the roof could be repaired where the leak is, the best option would be to remove it and put a new one on, so that's what we did. We are so glad we did because they found more damage that would probably have caused another leak moving forward. Plus they replaced our gutters which were improperly installed and not the correct size. Because we had a leak, they were able to fit us in extremely quickly which we were so thankful for since it's summer and there are so many pop up thunderstorms every day! Highly recommend Black Anchor to anyone in the area.

  Excellent work, fantastic communication. Job: Replace siding on a section of the house with vinyl siding. Existing siding was aluminum siding nailed to studs, no sheathing. Black Anchor matched the color, installed sheathing and appropriate channels. Perfect job, very secure. Their people know what they are doing and do it right. Thanks, Ray

  Dutch and the sale team were easy to work with. Great price and easy scheduling. Jose and his team did a awsome job on my replacement of my roof and skylights. They were prompt and courteous and left my place very clean. I have a new roof with skylight that has a remote sun screen to block out lite when needed. So happy to have worked with Black Anchor Roofing. Highly recommend!

  I wish I had found this company sooner! They beat the other prices , and had a nonaggressive, excellent team. We had 15 windows put in. I would use them for any project from now on. I especially loved working with DUTCH. He put up with my incessant calls and worries, he’s calm and never pushy. If it weren’t for his great advice, I wouldn’t have gone for the windows. Thanks!

  I'll just cut to the chase. I hired these guys for a large project including 2500 square feet of roofing on a rancher and a sizeable flat top garage roof as well. They nailed it (<----- not just a roofing pun). Could not be happier with the final product and their customer service was absolute top notch. If you hire them, i'd wager you'll get the same experience I did.
