  I live in an older house with a detached 4 car garage. Both roofs and the gutters were in bad shape. Black anchor worked on my neighbors roof and I was impressed with the quality and time of the work. I am very happy with how the roof and gutters turned out. If you are in need of a roof or gutters I would highly recommend Black Anchor Roofing!

  They did a great job on replacing our siding, soffets, fascia, gutters etc. Our house looks brand new. They were personable and professional and reasonably priced. Rickey the owner, Juan and his siding crew were amazing. I only wish they did interior work!

  Roof replacement and porch improvement done perfectly with top notch customer service from estimate to finish. On-site project manager was communicative and organized- always helping the crew who were very upbeat, whistle while they work, and hustling at all times. Honestly, it was nice to see crew and project manager work together so well enjoying their jobs- you can tell they are well taken care of by the company. The owner of the company came by to discuss options on a few details they discovered after demo and the outcome was perfect. They did a solid 2-day job in an extended day with smiles on their faces followed by a perfect clean up, but they even came back and rechecked the next day to make sure no nail was left behind since it was dusk on first cleanup. Having your roof done is never a fun process, but the efficiency and quality at a very competitive price point can't be beat. I have used this company at my tenant property for a multiple building roof replacement, small roof/gutter repairs, and now replacement at my personal home and they never disappoint - highly recommend!

  July 29, 2026 We highly recommend Black Anchor Roofing. A very large limb from a massive oak tree fell from 70 feet onto the roof of our two story house. The resulting damage was to a screened porch and to the roof of the house. The damage to the porch was substantial, and the impact created a large hole at the top part of the roof. As a result, our entire roof had to be replaced. I learned that Black Anchor Roofing has worked many times with our homeowner’s insurance carrier, Erie Insurance. I contacted Black Anchor and the representative Dutch Greiber called right away for a site visit. From there every aspect of the claim through the completion of the work went well. Dutch has worked with the Erie claims adjuster, Corey McGrath, on previous claims so the process flowed smoothly. Both individuals are experienced experts. The Black Anchor work crew was excellent. The Project Manager, Jose Rodriguez, was outstanding. He followed up on every aspect of the work with good communication and attention to detail. The work was completed timely, about 6 weeks from date of claim until completion. The resulting new roof and reconstructed porch were done to perfection. Our sincere thanks go to Corey McGrath with Erie, and Dutch Greiber and Jose Rodriguez with Black Anchor Roofing for jobs well done by professionals. Pat & Shirley Theimer Annapolis, MD

  Finding the right roofing company can be daunting, so I’ll make it easy for you… don’t waste your time like I did collecting quotes. Just call Black Anchor Roofing. Their pricing, craftsmanship, and customer service are top-notch. We had our roof, soffits, and gutters replaced, and the quote from a competing national roofing company wasn’t even in the same ballpark. Black Anchor did more work for a much better price. We had the pleasure of working with Jose Rodriguez, our production manager. He was there from start to finish and was always available if we had questions or found an issue. Having just bought an older house, a few unexpected issues popped up - Anytime we found something, Jose and his team had a solution and took care of it. They made the whole process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend Black Anchor Roofing!
