  Sam was very professional and quickly assessed the problem and fixed the issue. We had never heard of Benjamin Franklin but we do now. Although our tankless water heater was a complicated Sam was able to figure out how to get our hot water working again. We have been Len The Plumber customers going on 20 years but that’s going to change now. We will be using Benjamin Franklin going forward. Thank you Sam and and your team at Benjamin Franklin! Well done..

  Ira came out to replace a toilet. He was very professional and very upfront about the cost. Going forward before Work was done, which was very appreciated by us. His work was great and he explained everything that he was doing along the way.
