- JJJaxMay 9, 20265.0To say that I am pleased with the outcome of my project with Cachet Construction, David Hollingsworth, owner, is an understatement! I have tried for 5 years to complete this patio renovation with other contractors who were recommended to me. I contracted with two who ended up being non-communicative and eventually no shows even when under contract! So I delayed the project another year after being so frustrated with the process. I decided to give it a try one more time myself by diligently reading reviews on line. I interviewed two and eventually settled with Cachet whose pricing was fair and reasonable. I went with him even though a bit higher than the other only because David was so respectful and welcomed open communication with me. David was always prompt in responding, always considered my opinions and executed as contracted. The project was a challenge because the back yard had to be accessed by wheel barrel and carrying supplies to and from my yard as I am in the middle of a townhouse block. Many other contractors did not even want the job! His mason contractor, Rene Hernandez and team were stellar! They hauled so much block, sand, dirt and concrete and took care trying not to destroy the new grass project I had just completed last season! They worked non-stop in tandem and finished the actual patio in two days and the new front planters in 2 hours the next day before a rainy forecast settled in. David and his son completed the “ cubby “ area themselves in one day! As you can see from the old crumbled red patio and the new patio it is SO beautiful and a total yard transformation!! The old storage area was enlarged and refinished creating a larger top porch area. I could not recommend Cachet Construction and his team more highly! Do yourself a big favor and give David Hollingsworth, Cachet Construction a call for your next exterior project cuz that’s all he does!

He delivered as promised and in fact he completed the project well ahead of the original schedule. His crew was always on time, friendly and skilled. We are very happy with their performance and the final results and would definitely recommend them.
