  Very pleased with the quality of the windows and the workmanship of the installation crew. Finish work was excellent and the crew cleaned up thoroughly when they were done.

  WARNING!!! This company is a well-put-together bait-and-switch. My shower was installed in one day; it’s about 2.5 years later, and I am now getting a new one reinstalled by a contractor who agrees this was a scam. Someone will reach out to you with a well-put-together presentation. They will rave about great reviews and their projects. The day of the project, a bunch of men will show up ready to work. What you do not know as a customer is that they are paid by the job, and that’s why my shower was improperly finished in 8 hours. The Kohler LuxStone shower I received was not installed properly, and the acrylic floor had to be mortared! It wasn’t mortared because that takes more than one day and costs them money! Additionally, in place of a proper mortar, they decided to use expanding foam to fill in the gaps below my shower base. THEY USED EXPANDING FOAM AS A MAKESHIFT BASE! Well, that foam wasn’t a base, didn’t support any weight, and eventually didn’t support my acrylic shower, as the floor became spongy with microscopic cracks and is now leaking everywhere and causing me to replace it. Fiderio and Sons out of Meriden, Connecticut, is now demolishing my shower and installing a new one. They also used to be called Rite Window, but I guess you have to change your name often if you’re ripping people off. I’m sure Kohler would love to know how you install their products. Kohler will be informed about this situation, as well as an attorney. Take this review how you will, but I promise you, you will not regret shopping around first.

  I’ve worked with Renuity of Greater Boston through Project Map It for the past few years, and most of my experience has been working directly with Alex Caruso. Alex is incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and always communicates well. What I appreciate most is how genuine she is. She has believed in what we do from the beginning and has always treated me and our entire team with kindness and respect. I’ve really enjoyed working with Alex and value the relationship we’ve built with Renuity over the years.
