After I had fully accepted Lucky Seven's quote and informed them of the start date, they suddenly backed out of the project simply because I asked them to confirm that the floor finish they planned to use was the specific product I had requested. It made me feel that they were not being fully transparent about the materials they intended to use. This behavior is completely unacceptable to me. It is not how a professional and reputable business should conduct itself. If it were possible to give 0 stars, I would do so without hesitation.
