  When we moved out of our house after 35 years, there was a lot of useless things that had accumulated, and needed disposal. Cam's was great, delivery and pickup done with professional on time service. no damage to our driveway.

  I’ve used CAM’s Disposal twice now for dumpster rentals while prepping my home and my mother-in-law’s for sale, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Both times, the delivery and pickup were exactly as scheduled and very professional. The drivers are careful with placement—which is important to me for my driveway and the town. The office staff is friendly and very efficient and makes the whole process seamless. If you need reliable disposal services in the Belmont area or areas they service I highly recommend Cams. Professional, timely, and great to work with!

  The representative I spoke with hung up on my call twice because of bad reception. I understand it's frustrating: its frustrating for me too. But still, that's just poor customer service. When I finally spoke with the representative, they told me they didn't service my area anymore (a location in boston) without looking up the account. I brought this up with my management and a separate 4th call needed to placed and it turns out: They do still service our location. If the rep had taken a few extra second to check if we had an existing account this 1 hour process could have been condensed to 5 minutes. I personally don't mind one way or another because CAM's is usually very punctual and I'm just some employee trying to get my work done. I don't expect or want any recourse. However, the customer service made my servicing needs just painful enough that I needed to say something.

  Great Service! We needed multiple dumpsters; the Cam's Office staff were fantastic! Our contractors needed disposal containers quickly and the CAM's team took care of us. The drivers placed the dumpsters perfectly, pickups and deliveries were on time. We recommend CAM's for all of your Dumpster needs.
