Place is a joke. Worst customer service ever. Waited for an order to come in. Finally gets here and it's mixed materials. It stopped us from meeting our deadline and they didn't want to compensate in any way at all. Said the stuff we gave you is only $18 cheaper. We can give you the difference of the $18. Would never recommend this place in a million..... years. Stay away. Also many damaged pieces in the Box. No wonder this place has gone out of business a few times. What was I thinking trying them out? I've been warned and I did it. Trying to warn you people. Stay away!! .... Now they respond with oh. We'd like to chance to communicate with you and fix this problem. We tried that before I wrote the review and got crap in response to you people. You try to shut me up by offering me $18 get real. I will continue to bad name your place to everybody I know that wants to put in flooring or purchase from you.Your place is literally garbage. Shame on you people. Trust me i have a big mouth and will use it openly.

Stopped in new look at some oak that I noticed on website. It was not what I was looking for, but Matt was very professional and quite knowledgeable about his products.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding customer service from Matthew at Lumber Liquidators! I had such a great experience working with Matthew. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we found what we needed for our flooring project. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explain our options, and help us feel confident in our decision. The customer service was far better than anything I’ve experienced at Lowe’s or Home Depot. It was refreshing to work with someone who actually cared about helping the customer rather than just making a sale. Matthew made the entire process easy and stress-free. Lumber Liquidators is lucky to have someone like him, and I would absolutely recommend asking for Matthew if you’re shopping there. We will definitely be back!

Absolute rubbish, garbage at following directions. I am a roofing company and these people spam call and email me all the time trying to sell me flooring it’s obnoxious. I’ve asked them so many times to take me off of their list. I swear they call me out of spite.

Christine was terrific. No pressure, extremely helpful. Able to answer all questions. Roberto gave instillation price. Walked me through it. Would highly recommend both.
