  I contacted Tuff Shed a few weeks ago for a quote to replace our current wood shed that is rotting. Damien got back to me with a few quotes on different size sheds like I had requested. He listened to everything we wanted and was very helpful. Unfortunately we did decide to hire another shed company because of price but I wanted to leave a 5 star review because Damien did a great job from beginning to end with everything. We'll definitely reach out in the future if we need shed needs.

  Brian and his installation team were a pleasure to work with. The entire process from start to finish was incredibly easy. We're very pleased with the customer service, open communication, product quality, cost, and installation. There were two minor issues but the team was quick to resolve them. 10/10 would recommend and do this again.

  From start to finish, the process was very informative and thorough. Not a hard sell at all. Brian Soares helped me with all of the details, even the minute ones that I overlooked, to get this perfect. We made many changes, not because he was upselling me, but just to make me aware of options that just made sense...and added nothing to the cost. I looked at all the competitors, even thought about building it myself (which Tuff Shed came close to in cost). Frankly, I really didn't see a difference in quality compared to top-of-mind competitor. When I went back online and designed the same shed on each site, Tuff Shed came out miles ahead with designs and options...and thousands less. Great product, excellent service, excellent warrantees. No brainer. Updating this because of the bad installation practices. Lousy paint job, adhesive and paint on the windows and door knob. Broke the window and had to return to fix it. Forgot the trim paint and had came back to paint trim. Rushed through it…and ruined a good job. Didn’t take their time. And I was kind enough to tip them after the initial install.

  Got off to a rough start but Tuff Shed backed their product and fixed all issues in a timely manner. Would Highly recommend.

  Big shout-out to Brian Soares and the Tuff Shed team at the Boston Ski Expo - Tuff Shed / World Pro Ski Tour / DNA Vibe booth. Brian helped me design a 10 x 16 Premier Pro Tall Barn to use as a pool house and storage shed. Delivery and construction was seamless. This is my second Tuff Shed. They make a great product.
