  I contacted Tuff Shed a few weeks ago for a quote to replace our current wood shed that is rotting. Damien got back to me with a few quotes on different size sheds like I had requested. He listened to everything we wanted and was very helpful. Unfortunately we did decide to hire another shed company because of price but I wanted to leave a 5 star review because Damien did a great job from beginning to end with everything. We'll definitely reach out in the future if we need shed needs.

  Damian from tough shed was awesome from start to finish Knowledgeable ,punctual. and professional he even returned phone calls and texts.Which you rarely get these days. Help me customize my shed and give me all discounts. Installation team was awesome as well.Highly recommend damian and tough shed.

  From start to finish, the process was very informative and thorough. Not a hard sell at all. Brian Soares helped me with all of the details, even the minute ones that I overlooked, to get this perfect. We made many changes, not because he was upselling me, but just to make me aware of options that just made sense...and added nothing to the cost. I looked at all the competitors, even thought about building it myself (which Tuff Shed came close to in cost). Frankly, I really didn't see a difference in quality compared to top-of-mind competitor. When I went back online and designed the same shed on each site, Tuff Shed came out miles ahead with designs and options...and thousands less. Great product, excellent service, excellent warrantees. No brainer. Updating this because of the bad installation practices. Lousy paint job, adhesive and paint on the windows and door knob. Broke the window and had to return to fix it. Forgot the trim paint and had came back to paint trim. Rushed through it…and ruined a good job. Didn’t take their time. And I was kind enough to tip them after the initial install.

  I worked with Brian Soares and wow was the service amazing!!! From Brian designing exactly what I was looking for to the installation team working efficiently! I couldn’t be happier with the finished project! I definitely recommend Tuff Shed and Brian Soares!
