- JHJennifer HammerMay 27, 20261.0Truck #L20343V came to my building today his morning where I reside in Revere on Washington Ave and refused to step out of the way for me for one second before he started working on the elevator and told me I could wait. He was extremely rude and needs a course in customer service before he goes out on service calls. I was forced to carry furniture downstairs because he count wait one moment for a tenant. I didn’t get his name but by the truck number and the location I’m sure you can find out who is on that service call today. The gentleman that was with him wasn’t rude. It was just the guy that was performing the service, the older man. At least that’s what he looked like. Something needs to be done because your company ratings are already not too good and it’s probably from this specific person. Since he hates people so much, maybe he should get a job working behind a desk instead, where he doesn’t have to talk to people and crunches numbers. It’s too bad I’m sure whoever runs your business has built it from the ground up and for one person to ruin your reputation because of his foul mouth is pretty bad and not worth keeping around I’d say but hey, it’s not my company
