  My 90 year old father needed attic insulation to allow his new mini split to operate efficiently. Texted Ray Jones at 7pm at night. Not only did he respond to my text immediately, he was at my father's address at 10AM the next morning. The estimate was in my email less than 24 hour later and on the schedule to be done in less than a week. To sum it up the company and staff, Ray Jones specifically, have once again met or exceeded expectations. I can confidently reccomend this company. We have had them do four or five jobs at different properties for us and unbelievably the experience keeps getting better! THANKYOU!!!

  I know nothing about their actual insulation but I was stuck behind their company car and the driving was atrocious. Seriously I was questioning if the driver was ok, then they started throwing cigarette butts out the window. Bad driving AND littering??? Definitely would not want them on my property or working on my house.

  Did an absolute great job for us. Showed up early and completed job in a couple hours. Very neat and polite. Have used them before and would highly recommend them.

  Do not hire. My elderly parents hired them for an insurance job after a house fire. They incessantly used a sentimental walking stick of my mother’s as a “tool” to open their attic door and not only used it, it disappears after their visit. When my mom, who was emotionally upset by this, calls the business, she is met by a rude receptionist, claiming they’d never do something like that, but reading some of these other negative reviews, it seems very likely. Be more professional and provide better customer service. Oh, and don’t steal or break your clients belongings!

  I very rarely give out 5 stars these guys went above and beyond the Call of Duty. Showed up on time did a great job, missed something came back the next day ( Saturday) to fix it. Great price great service. I specifically want to thank Ed DaSilva and Loius one of the installers.
