  Family Heating and Cooling was quick to respond to our phone call. They scheduled the visit within the same day during a reasonable time frame. Cam. A was very professional and knowledgeable during his service visit with us. He thoroughly explained the problem with our AC unit and quickly resolved the problem.

  I used family heating and cooling starting last year. My technician was great and so was the price but this year I decided to go with again. This time I had the pleasure of meeting Dylan! He did an extremely thorough job going over all the components of my boiler to make sure they were operating correctly, was very honest about what was going on with it, he offered options for the future, and he was very friendly😊.

  The Family team stood out from the beginning. They were responsive and quick to come assess the situation and provide a quote. Shawn Ellis was informative and helpful throughout the process. Their quote was by far the most itemized and detailed. I did get multiple quotes and their pricing was good for the new system install. My new duel fuel heat pump system was installed last week, August 17 and 18. The crew, Noah, Brandon,Justin, and Alex did a great job. They even worked late amd stayed until 8p to complete it. Alex came back to complete a couple of things and also did an excellent job. The whole crew from sales, work crew, to the office have been awesome. Family was true to their word and completed the job as described and with precision and care. Im also a maintenance plan member as I'm pleased with their quality amd pricing. I would recommend Family to anyone looking for a quality HVAC company.

  I can’t say enough about this company and everyone who works there. From the minute we decided to start our mini split installation it has been so easy. Sean came out the same day we called and after his walkthrough and explanations, we decided to move forward right then and there. No need to look elsewhere. When installation came around, the team lead by Jaydon were just as knowledgeable and courteous. Evan and Ray worked alongside Jaydon to complete this project. All three of them are experts in their craft - don’t let their age fool you. These guys know what they’re doing. And on top of getting this large project done in less time than was quoted, they left not even a footprint behind. Don’t waste your time looking at other companies, these guys are it. Not to mention, my kids love the penguin van lol keep up the good work guys!!

  While today’s experience resulted in me having to replace my HVAC system, I have always had good service from Family HVAC. Jacob Pereira was my tech today and he took his time to walk me through the process and explaining choices. Have to say I was in shock with the bad news. We were in the midst of a heatwave when my AC just died. I only had to wait 1 day for service but I had high hopes it was a quick fix. I even joked to Jacob when he came through my doorway that he would be my hero of the day if he got the AC running again. He assured me he would get it running, even if temporary. Which he did however I also learned the HVAC system was going to have to be replaced. Edit: new HVAC system finally installed today. Thank you Family HVAC for your professionalism and expertise. Brandon, Noah, Alex were awesome with the whole install, put down floor protection as it was a rainy day and they also cleaned up everything afterwords. They also took the time to answer my questions and showed me how to operate the new smart thermostats.
