  I chose Window World because they are local and do not subcontract out their work. They did my roof and gutters and did a fantastic job. It looks beautiful and I can’t thank them enough. They were fast, efficient and made sure everything was done right. Thank you Window World. I highly recommend them.

  I am updating my review to keep things clear and simple. My main concern with Window World comes down to their consultation and scheduling process. Unlike many contractors who come out in person to look at a project and speak directly with the homeowner, Window World's process felt overly impersonal and rigid. ​While this process was explained to me up front, I ultimately found it wasn't the right fit for me. After meeting with several other contractors at my home, seeing physical product samples on-site, and asking questions in person, I realized that a hands-on approach works much better for my needs. ​Additionally, when automated or phone confirmation steps aren't completed on their strict timeline, appointments are canceled quickly rather than worked through flexibly. While they do keep thorough record of communications, the heavy reliance on automated procedures created a frustrating customer experience. Homeowners looking for a more personal, hands-on consultation style may want to keep this process in mind.

  Zach, Brandon and Damon showed up promptly at 8 AM to replace our 3 garage, wood doors with beautiful composite, maintenance free doors. They worked tirelessly all day. They paid special attention to house molding, paint even my flowering planters in an effort to do no harm to surroundings. What we expected to be a two day job, came to fruition about 7 PM. The boss/owner of W.W. came late afternoon to inspect, answer any questions and confirm that we were completely satisfied. Tim, the proud owner of W. W. and the team all agreed to stay late to finish the job. They were so close. Window World and their team exceeded our high expectations. They are professional, respectful and talented workers. It was a pleasure to have them at our home. We love our quiet, handsome new doors and we would recommend W.W, 100%!

  Our experience with Window World was truly outstanding in every way. From our initial meeting with Tim, Rick and Nick, among others, to the actual work beigg done was second to none. Professional, polite and trustworthy, the entire team was fantastic. Today, the work was actually done by Jeremy, Justice and John. They arrived 15 minutes ahead pf schedule, prepared the site and went right to work. They were super clean and were very skilled. Honestly, my entire experience with WW makes me want to move on to my next project, whatever that may be.
