Do yourself a favor and call Patrick before you speak to anybody else. At least one other big name provider in this category and in this area will attempt to sell you aggressively on what they claim are proprietary materials and training methods that justify a more than 2X price premium. Digging beneath the surface just a little bit reveals that a lot of that so-called proprietary work is on offer elsewhere, meaning that there's really not very much special about it and certainly not enough to justify the added expense. I learned all this working with Patrick, who is transparent, responsive, and whose team did an outstanding job replacing our roof. He answered all of our questions, including about the materials and labor and time required to get the work done, and in the end we not only paid a fair price, but we got a longer warranty on both materials and labor. So call Patrick first. You won't regret it.

I live in Agawam MA and I had my siding replaced as well as new gutters and downspouts this past August 2026. I obtained several quotes and Patrick Kelly's was the most reasonable. Initially that concerned me however after meeting Mr. Kelly and checking out the reviews for this company I decided to choose them to do the job. It was a great experience from the get go. They answered all my questions with respect. They got the job done in fewer days than the timeline they quoted. The crew was hardworking and respectful. They could not have been more skilled or thorough. I am so pleased with how my house turned out. When it is time to replace my roof I wouldn't go to anyone else.

From the start Mr. Kelly came to my Moms house and laid out everything he was going to do for a reasonable and fair price. Her roof was in need of redoing all plywood underneath shingles. Patrick had his crew at her home for 2 days and the job was completed. It looked fantastic and they cleaned everything up and my Mom and I are both very happy with the job!!! I highly recommend Patrick Kelly Roofing and Siding.
