I couldn't be more satisfied by the work I had performed at my house today. The technician/ plumber Andre was a consummate professional in appearance, demeanor and a clean install of a new wet return on my steam boiler. 👏👏👏👏👏 Thank You Ken Wagner

We had a great experience with ITS Home Services. Julian was very knowledgeable, spent a lot of time explaining all aspects of the mini-split we needed and how it works, and the best way to have it run for our needs. He and his crew were on time (early even), worked efficiently, were respectful of our property, kept the area clean, and didn't leave until we were out of questions to ask! The office staff was also very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend ITS Home Services.

I had plumbing work done and Andre was very professional. Showed up on time and he explained things so I knew what was replaced and why it was. Also the office admin Dominique very pleasant and professional. When I called she asked type of service I needed. I explained it was plumbing at this time and asked questions about the type of problem I was having and was it an emergency situation. Will use ITS home Services again.

SWITCHING from oil to natural gas; ITS Home Services was absolutely OUTSTANDING to work with. Julian and his team were very professional and extremely helpful....answering all our questions along the way, making the whole process seamless. ITS worked hand in hand with Westfield Gas & Electric and Westfield City Inspectors pulling necessary permits and coordinating work ....From installing a new gas line from the road to our house, to completion of installing a new gas fired furnace. ITS also came in under other estimates we had done. Don't hesitate giving ITS your business. You won't be sorry.

There are not enough words to describe how pleased we are with ITS-Home Services. We had mini-splits installed and right from the first meeting to obtain a quote we were completely impressed with Victor. He was very patient, knowledgeable, courteous and thorough when answering all of our questions. In addition the installation process was beyond EXCELLENT, the crew of men were totally professional and careful with our home and belongings. They were very professional, kind and efficient. Again I can not praise Victor and his team enough!!! I will be recommending ITS-Home Services to anyone I hear looking for HVAC service.
