  Christopher Rogan arrived on time very professional and fix two major plumbing problems for us. He was very friendly and explained the repairs in an easy way to understand it. Great young man.

  I couldn’t have lucked out any better than I did when I called GEM! My outdoor condenser unit stopped working, and I called around to several places and GEM Was the first one to say I’ll be there tonight and in the end I just had to send them photos of my current unit and they were able to find me a replacement unit within minutes. That was on Tuesday and by Thursday I had a brand new unit and what might be the hottest week of the summer. They really came through and I couldn’t be more pleased with their service from the moment I called until the end of the install.

  Great professional and friendly service. Easy to set an appointment and they came early in the appointment window, showed me before and after pics/videos and did a great job!

  Christopher was great! . He checked any avenues where the water could’ve been leaking. He took his time to explain everything. He was dressed well and was well spoken. Didn’t talk over my head talk to me. It was a great experience. I would definitely would recommend them. I will use again if needed.

  Employee was great. He explained what needed to be done and costs. Unfortunately, I had a leak in the AC line where it connected to a head unit on a system that I had installed by another company 4 years ago. All the refrigerant leaked out over that 4 year period. I feel this should have never happened and been found during their pressure test. Anyhow, $3100 later, repaired. Just wished it hadn’t cost so much but not GEM’s fault. As far as the pricing, I have no idea.
