  If I could give David and his crew ten stars, I would! From start to finish, Advance Guard Builders was top notch every step of the way. We wanted to turn an unused bedroom into a bathroom spa and an adjoining walk-in closet with custom built-ins. David turned our daydream into a resort-level reality. The project required trenching, moving electrical and and plumbing lines, and raising the ceiling height by a foot in the bathroom. The crew was meticulous about cleaning up every day. The worksite was about as spotless as a work site can be. And you'd never know our landscaping had been disturbed. We could not be happier with the result. We thought the cost was extremely reasonable for the work that was done. The project actually came in on time and a little under budget. Amazing!!!

  David is the best contractor I have ever met. He is incredibly punctual. He completed remodeling the main bathroom beautifully and on time. He is a very nice guy and fun to chat with. He is also incredibly responsible with the projects I asked him to do.
