- RCRudy CApr 7, 20265.0My bathroom ceiling was leaking during rainstorms due to bad vent pipe flashing installation from the previous owner. Fatima was very professional and helpful with scheduling an estimate. Luis came out and gave me a fair and reasonable price to repair my roof and came the very next day to complete the repair and now after two rainstorms my ceiling is finally leak free. He was very profesional, punctual, and skillful as the repairs look great. My roof will need to be replaced in the coming years and I will definitely be using them again. I highly recommend this company. Thank you Fatima and Luis for such a hassle free repair

- JKJeff KlimczykNov 12, 20225.0I hired Luis for both a roof leak and to install gutter leaf guards. The roof leak was around my chimney. He removed the shingles around the chimney, added a "cricket" and re-flashed around the entire chimney and rake board. He showed me pictures of the steps that were taken, definitely quality work. The gutter leaf guards were the stainless-steel mesh type that mount on top of the gutters and do not go under your shingles. Exactly what I was looking for. Very professional at a fair price. He cleaned up very well and didn't even look like he was there. Was a pleasure doing business with Summer Exterior and will definitely hire again! If you are considering getting any work done on the outside of your house, definitely get a quote from them, you'll see they are very competitive. Jeff K - Halifax, MA
