For equestrian and grading work, we provide general estimates unless detailed blueprint plans are required. All estimates are delivered within 2-3 business days.

Yes, we maintain full licensing and insurance coverage. This includes general liability and workers compensation insurance. We hold both a Home Improvement Contractor (HIC) license and a Construction Supervisor License (CSL). Our team members also maintain various specialized equipment operation licenses as required.

This requires clarification. While many companies advertise lifetime dry basement guarantees, this claim is not realistic. Most drainage systems resist clogging, though iron-rich water increases this risk (contracts typically address this). All interior drainage systems rely on sump pumps, which will eventually fail. While most pumps carry a 3-year warranty, typical lifespans range from 7-8 years. Battery backups and secondary pumps provide limited protection (8-10 hours in most cases). We recommend installing a generator for comprehensive protection. Additionally, companies offering dry basement guarantees do not cover damage to your basement or belongings when pumps or systems fail.

We provide emergency service, though availability depends on our current staffing levels. When emergencies occur, our team may already be addressing another client's system in the field, which could delay our response. Overnight emergencies are handled by available staff who work through a client list, which may result in wait times of several hours to a day or two. This situation is common among larger companies as well, where thousands of customers are served by only one or two emergency technicians. To maximize protection against water intrusion, we strongly recommend installing a secondary pump, battery backup, and generator.

We would not recommend this approach even if a perfect sealing product existed. Sealing walls and floors traps water within your foundation structure, which creates significant problems. In winter conditions, trapped water freezes and expands, causing foundation cracks and creating far more extensive damage that requires costly repairs.
