Dave Kingsley was wonderful to work with throughout the estimate and material selection process. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made everything easy.
The crew started exactly when they said they would, finished sooner than we expected, and did an excellent job. They were respectful, communicated well whenever they had questions, and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day.

These workers are the most messy Rubbish all over our yard Refusing to pick up for weeks. I gave them deposits for work and they never show up and never finished. I wouldn’t wish them on my worst enemy!! Left me hanging with a bad pool fence job falling over. And they refuse to come back to fix it.

I hired Kingsley Improvements many moons ago he put sump pumps and tied the drains so that my basement stayed dry. Ten years later I called him for a quote. I had multiple quotes but his professionalism and the fact he remembered doing the basement was a plus in my book. He has made my house look amazing. We had all the windows replaced, extended patio, new siding, and new gutters. His crew was respectful and professional. I would leave to get the kids from school when I got back, everything was packed up or put away and neat.

We provide estimates at no charge to homeowners. However, we do reserve the right to apply fees in the following situations: insurance claim assessments, requests from non-homeowners, and equestrian or grading projects. Do you offer emergency service?
We provide emergency service, though availability depends on our current staffing levels. When emergencies occur, our team may already be addressing another client's system in the field, which could delay our response. Overnight emergencies are handled by available staff who work through a client list, which may result in wait times of several hours to a day or two. This situation is common among larger companies as well, where thousands of customers are served by only one or two emergency technicians. To maximize protection against water intrusion, we strongly recommend installing a secondary pump, battery backup, and generator.
Can you seal the walls and floors so no water gets in?
We would not recommend this approach even if a perfect sealing product existed. Sealing walls and floors traps water within your foundation structure, which creates significant problems. In winter conditions, trapped water freezes and expands, causing foundation cracks and creating far more extensive damage that requires costly repairs.
Do crack injections work?
The most effective method for stopping foundation crack leaks is exterior repair. If crack injection is necessary, it can be successful in some cases. However, many injections fail regardless of warranty coverage because foundations naturally shift and settle, and injection materials often lack sufficient flexibility to accommodate this movement.
