Long story short. If you want trustworthy craftsmanship and honest prices, go with Boston Sunshine for happy endings. New floors or not? We need to find a super specialist to go with quality engineered wood to make all the tedious packing-unpacking efforts worthwhile. Until one day, we found the engineered wood we want at Floor & Decor, we got the adrenaline to make the last minute change to go with Vlad's team from Boston Sunshine Flooring. It was one of the best decisions we made that turned into lifetime enjoyment. During eight working days, all the tasks in the agreement were done efficiently and professionally. Above all, all our questions were addressed on the spot or through text and pictures. So, unexpected things like trimming bifold doors to fit the new flooring, getting new parts to get them to work quietly, and repairing the infrastructure of the staircase were taken care of. Ivan, the project lead, and his friends were really understanding and got things done with smiles. We even enjoyed getting boxes, carpets and furnitures to the right places together with them in 20 minutes, and the Saturday work permit approved with heads up from Vlad. Two more things, our 6 feet tall mirror was magically taken down without a splinter, and we got the refund immediately after the Sunshine team returned the extra 7 boxes of Monaco engineered wood.

WOW! Boston Sunshine Floors, Inc. is the BEST company! We have always gone with word of mouth on house projects. However, this was the first time that we went by Google reviews. This company boasts all 5.0 reviews, so we decided to go for it. And we are so grateful that we did. The whole process with sampling rugs, tearing out the old one and installing a new one was a breeze. Vlad was wonderful from the start. He is the most accessible contractor I have hired. He calls or texts so promptly with answers to your questions. He was transparent, trustworthy, flexible, fair and friendly throughout the entire project. We are SO happy with the rug choice. It is so soft, modern and pretty. We had a tricky scheduling issue because of the painters’ schedule, but Vlad was incredibly accommodating. His crew: Ivan, Gorge and Ricardo were so hardworking and efficient. It was impressive. They dedicated the entire day today installing the rug. I’m so appreciative and so thrilled with our rug. It feels like we are in a brand new house. I definitely recommend Boston Sunshine Floors, inc. They are an all around top-notch company. Look no further! We will be hiring them again to refinish three hardwood floors. Thank you so much, Vlad, Ivan, Gorge, Ricardo, and Boston Sunshine Floors, inc.!

Vlad and his team are absolutely phenomenal. They crushed two bathroom renovations for us with craftsmanship and class. You can tell Vlad really cares about the quality of work they put out. They finished both bathrooms in just over 2 weeks while working around our lives (we moved in halfway through) and accommodating a couple of scope changes along the way. Communication was tight and consistent. Pricing was super reasonable. They showed up and worked hard every single day. The whole crew was respectful and pleasant. Vlad was basically part of the family by the end of it. We’ve got to find another project ASAP so we can get them back in here!
