  I was so happy with the work that Boston Floor Covering did for me and my wife recently. They were very helpful in discussing replacement options for us for a basement floor that had water damage from flooding and where we needed our carpeting replaced. George came to our home, answered all our questions, and helped us choose a great selection, a floor tiling that looks great, and can be easily pulled up and salvaged if, despite all our preventive measures, any future flooding ever occurred. The crew was over to do the work in a very short amount of time. They were courteous and did an amazing job in less than a day. The floor covering looks great. Also, the job was time sensitive and George and crew delivered quickly, within a week. My wife and I would definitely use them again and were very happy with the experience.

  After being disappointed with service at another local flooring place, I engaged Boston Floor Covering to install a vinyl kitchen floor. They were very responsive at every juncture. Discussed pros cons and pricing of removal vs going over a layer. Came out to measure right away, discovered an issue with a radiator. They had their plumber come out to take a look – due to the system type, it would require significant labor (drain entire system and deal with 7 rads after floor installation). BFC owner George recommended piecing the floor there instead. You can’t even see it. No charge to me for the plumber visit, thank you. There was one issue where an edge at a pantry door was not cleanly done. George remedied it in a day. Shortly thereafter needed carpeting for an enclosed porch. Owner Lee was very helpful as I agonized over choices. The rug was cut bound delivered and laid down in short order (crucial due to incoming tenant). Excellent and prompt service and great pricing. Don’t even bother with big box stores. This was a real headache free experience with genuinely nice people.
