  Out of 3 companies that I received quotes from to address water leaks from rain/windstorms in multiple areas in my basement, Ramjack in Wareham was the only one that directly and successfully addressed the problem with a reasonable price quote. Work was done professionally, timely and as described in the proposal.

  I had a great experience. Initially, the quote was unrealistic for the job, but after having them rereview and providing a different company’s quote, they were very apologetic and provided a more accurate number and then price matched. Communication was great and they were professional. The work done looks good and they explained everything very well while working. I worked with Matt and Greg who were very nice and helpful.

  I’m very satisfied with the work RamJack NE performed stabilizing my foundation. I selected RamJack NE over a lower-cost foundation repair contractor because RamJack NE’s operations person Dan was friendly and provided all requested information before signing the contract, and because 1) the contract clearly defined the work to be done, the cost breakdown, and the risks associated with discovering issues as the work progressed, 2) in the contract RamJack NE assumed responsibility from obtaining the engineering plan and building permit to agreed-upon cosmetic repairs and cleanup at the end of the work, and 3) the contract included a transferable limited lifetime warranty backed by a national dealer organization. The work progressed as planned and a couple of issues discovered along the way were resolved by a great crew to my satisfaction. The crew chief Joe was friendly and kept me in the loop as the work progressed. Dan also provided important documents (e.g., signed/dated building permit and warranty, driven pile locations and depths, and foundation level measurements) after the work was completed. I’m glad that I selected RamJack NE because I feel confident about their work and integrity.
