  The Advance Chimney team recently rebuilt our summer house chimney for us in Centerville and did an amazing job from start to finish. The office staff was responsive and helped coordinate dates around our schedule, which was especially helpful as we live off Cape. The crew arrived on time , remained professional and completed the project in two days as scheduled. We highly recommend them for any of your chimney needs.

  Advanced Chimney did an outstanding job fixing my problem with a chimney that others had been trying to fix for two years. They did a through inspection, provided a complete proposal and estimate, and completed the job in a timely manner. I would recommend Advance Chimney to anyone that has a chimney problem.

  Dan and his crew just finished a two day tear down of our chimney and installed a Class A pipe chimney his crew was polite and professional showed up when they said they would did what they said they would do for the price they quoted I would highly recommend Dan and his team to anyone looking for this type of work

  Dan runs a great operation. He did a next day chimney inspection on a home we were looking to purchase as well as the follow up work which all turned out great. Very friendly team, quality work, reasonable prices- highly recommend.

  The last two times I tried to light a fire in my wood stove it smoked out the house. I called Advance Chimney this morning just after 9. A PERSON answered the phone and was so apologetic that she had to put me on hold. When she returned to my call, she asked me what my issue was and tried to troubleshoot with me the possible causes of the stove not behaving as it usually does. After much brainstorming, it was decided that I probably should have a professional come out to at least assess my situation. When a scheduled appointment didn’t work for me, I opted for the “same day” service(pending schedule availability) which comes with a fee, provided that I couldn’t solve the problem myself. This was disclosed immediately up front and an explanation given of what was covered. She said she would make a call and get back to me if a technician could come over today and I could cancel if I got things rectified. By the time I was ready to start taking the stove pipe apart, she called back and said the technician could be at my home within the hour. Dan showed up, and as expected,his partner went up on to my roof, both Covid protected and within a very short time, found my immediate problem and helped me to make an informed decision on how to proceed and to avoid issues down the line. Courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. Dan took the time while he was here to inspect the other flues and make sure they were in working order and promised an estimate for future work that needed to be done to keep my chimney healthy. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for an honest evaluation and that is willing to problem solve before providing any unnecessary service. These guys were great!!
