  Today Peter and Dave came and retired our entire kitchen. They were very professional, on time,let us know exactly what they were doing,answered all our questions,showed us the completed job results,were so polite and cleaned up the work space like they had never been there. They worked straight through lunch and never complained about anything. I would definitely give them a 100 star rating and definitely use this company again. Thank you.

  PVE has been our go-to for boiler cleaning services for the last few years now. The techs are always wonderful, and really happy to talk about the ins and outs of your system. Our igniter died and wouldn't go on prior to service, something last year's tech, Josh, indicated we should keep an eye out for over the next year. Ryan, the tech who came to service the system this year, showed me what's normally supposed to happen when the system primes, and why exactly our igniter would need to be replaced. Fortunately, he was able to replace it right then and there, and the system is now running beautifully. Thanks Josh, Ryan, and the whole PVE team!

  PVE came out to do a boiler cleaning and maintenance. The technician, Zak was awesome!! He was on time, courteous, clean and informative. He explained things in layman's terms which I so appreciated. He even got the heat going in a couple of rooms that had no heat for a couple of years!! I appreciate the work he did. He took his time and did a VERY thorough job. He was also very clean. I was very happy with the service and I will absolutely call them again.

  Been having problems with my furnace for 2 years and despite spending a lot to fix it, the service I used couldn't resolve it so I called PVE. Ryan came out. What a sweetheart! Offered to take his shoes off when he came in, explained everything he was doing, diagnosed the issue, (it was kind of subtle) fixed it quickly, laughed at my jokes, loved my cats. He was so great and the diagnosis and fix appears to have worked. All around great experience!

  My AC unit wasn't working correctly. I called them and they sent someone out. I'm told the compressor was shot. They sent an estimate and contract to sign through email. I docusigned and returned. After weeks and calls they never ordered the compressor. I finally called to speak to Brandon. He was in but another associate picked up. After another couple of calls I'm told the compressor wasn't ordered yet. I said well I'm going to Boston for surgery can you have the compressor ordered and installed by Oct 20th? The answer was no. I said then cancel my order I'm not moving forward. Also, I've had your company servicing my furnace and ac unit for 7 yrs I'll find another company for that as well. Note: the last day of May I had a serious plumbing issue. I called them and explained. They said someone would be out tomorrow between 12-3. At 5 minutes of 3 they called to say they wouldn't be coming AND that I should call someone else because they wouldn't be able to come at all. Wow! I called a plumbing company at 3:30 and they were here the next morning and fixed my problem. So, I'll be finding another company to service my furnace and in the spring repair my AC unit. Thanks PVE, nicely done!
