  In my 50+ years, I have never left a review of any kind, but my experience with Shine was so phenomenal, I felt compelled to. We chose Shine for a roof, skylight, siding, exterior door, and gutter replacement job. They did an A+ job from beginning to end, from the sales process all the way through project completion. It was a perfectly executed project, and the best home improvement experience I've ever had! Diego was a pleasure to work with during the sales process. He was upfront and honest about options, gave recommendations when we asked, and respected our decisions. He was accurate in predicting both the timing of the job (about a month after we signed the contract) and the duration of the job (5-6 days). He was also onsite multiple days during execution. Our supervisor, John, and his crew (5-8 people depending on the day) were nothing short of perfect. They were absolute machines, showing up on time every day (6:45 AM) and worked until the sun went down with only a short break for lunch. Our house is 75 years old, and substantial repairs were needed. John brought issues to our attention quickly, explained the repair, and answered all our questions. Diego was quick to provide repair estimates so that we understood and approved the cost before the team proceeded. The few times we had feedback and asked for an adjustment, they did what we asked without a fuss. Our team was very skilled, had tremendous work ethic and attention to detail, and delivered the highest quality results. Thank you, Shine, for making our old house new!

  Diego and John did a fantastic job on our large, complicated roof replacement along with major window trim repair. They were courteous, fast and neat.   We were extremely pleased with the excellent house renovations done by the Shine Company. Our project included a new roof with all the plywood beneath the new shingles replaced, new siding with many areas of underlying wood replaced, new aluminum trim on many areas, new overhangs of the roof line & new gutters. I cannot say enough of so many of the company members we worked with starting with Victor, our sales person & coordinator of our entire project. He was so attentive, being on site for most of the project & always a quick return of any calls or texts. The owner, Manny, was often present & helpful with any plans & questions. The on-site supervisors were also truly great—particularly Al & Jhery, always helpful with any questions & small particulars to be addressed. The actual work crew, led by Anthony, were honestly the hardest working people I’ve ever seen. Their work ethic & skills are truly to be commended. They transformed our home to look new once again! We are so thankful to all those that were mentioned & at every level of this company—so glad we made the best decision in contacting them for our project. Our sincere thanks!! Monique M.

  You can stop your search here - Shine is the only choice to make when it comes to roofing/siding projects. When we had a large oak tree fall on our house, we called several contractors to help us navigate the situation. Lenin came within a day of us calling, and a detailed estimate within a week. Shine's quote was very reasonable. While they weren't the cheapest quote we received, they are extremely dedicated to their craft, use the highest quality materials, and pay close attention to detail - all items that are well worth the cost if you are investing in your house. John and the construction crew were in constant communication as to the status of the project, and highlighted areas where our home needed to be brought up to code. The team worked tirelessly from 7am-8:30p, and transformed our roof and siding in less than a week. All of the workers were very friendly, and it is clear that everyone on the team takes pride in their work. A huge thank you to John, Lenin, and the entire Shine team - is was a pleasure to work with you!

  We had one leak in our roof that was probably from one bad nail when the roof was 1st installed 16 years ago. Manny came over and we went up in the attic and he checked on the leak and agreed that the roof was still good and the rotten wood could be cut out and repaired. His "A Team" of 3 guys came over on a Saturday and removed the shingles in the area of the leak and cut out the rotten wood and made the repair. Our roof is very high and steep. The crew works very safely and can really climb and work! This was a hard job and they got it done in 4 hours. They also silicon sealed the chimney flashing. No leaks now and Shine saved us alot of money. We will definitely have them put on a new roof when the time comes. We highly recommend Shine Construction! Great hard working, and honest Family all around. Very easy to work with on any job. They use quality products and install quality workmanship. They installed a new roof on our other house where the original contractor missed the nailing strip on the shingles and they were falling off. The crew removed the old roof and installed the new one by lunch time and cleaned up and we're done by 3 pm. We can't say enough good things about Shine Construction!
