  Rick and Aidan were out today for Plumbing. Two toilets out and two toilets back in. They were amazing, courteous and funny. I appreciate having Denommee to do work at my house. Thanks to all of you that have been here in the past.

  We've had Denommee out for a number of plumbing needs (big and small) over the last few years and they have always been awesome! Very knowledgable team and exceedingly polite across the board from the dispatch call through the techs on site. Most recently, Phin came out to replace a garbage disposal that had died and to do a general "peace of mind" check of our home plumbing and he was fantastic. Polite, helpful, and answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend them.

  Had an opportunity to speak with Paul B and some of the team the other day. It was a very productive meeting and the team at Denommee is always very professional. I received such exceptional service from Yanitza at the front desk that I was compelled to leave a review. She was friendly, informative and very helpful.   Team is very efficient and they do a great job. The technicians are friendly and explain everything. They go above and beyond. I had and exhaust fan and light put in the bathroom and they knew I had just had the house painted, so asked for the paint so they could paint the outside vent to match the siding. I recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing, vacuum and electrical.

  Denommee installed our furnace and heat pump in 2023, and I was happy with the installation. The maintenance experience since then has been frustrating. I requested maintenance for both the oil furnace and heat pump in December 2025. I paid $495, then found out afterward that only the oil furnace had been serviced. They wanted another $395 for the heat pump, bringing the total to $890. My original written request mentioned both systems. Somewhere along the way that got lost, and the scope and pricing weren’t clear to me before the visit. For reference, another local company later quoted me $245 for the furnace and $145 for the heat pump—$390 for both. Paying $495 for just the furnace tune-up felt extremely high, especially with the technician at our house for less than an hour. I raised this by email, followed up, and was told a service manager would call me. I wanted to keep using the company that installed our equipment, but this experience gave me a reason to look elsewhere. Get the full price and exactly what it covers in writing before scheduling.
