  We hired Yankee Restorations at first to repair an hole in our ceiling from a bathroom leak. The work expanded to carpentry work, paint and drywall in other rooms. Every single contractor was friendly, respectful and honest. And the craftsmanship was outstanding. I definitely recommend these folks for quality home construction needs.

  Yankee Restorations is a great company. I really appreciate the professionalism of all the crew. Rob the owner is wonderful, and so are Dave, Hunter, Stephen, and Austin. Hunter was very sweet to my granddaughter who followed him around talking with him and he was very interactive with her. The work they do is of high quality and I will keep using them in the future.

  I can't say enough good things about Rob! He is, without a doubt, the most professional contractor I have ever worked with. He paid attention to every single detail of the project, and his communication throughout the entire process was fantastic. Highly recommended give him a call you will be impressed.

  I relocated here from a large house to a small house. It was missing something, a view and access to the wooded backyard. After a search for a local contractor I contacted Yankee Restorations and soon heard from Rob. Plans soon progressed from a simple screened porch with an exit to a windowed addition with a pellet stove to make it a four season room. Rob and Jaima made the whole process easy for me by recommending good quality materials and solid construction. The men who worked for me were quiet and respectful, nary a bad word. That meant a lot. Other improvements were made around the house as well: railings, bulkhead replaced and a side porch replaced. All made a very modest home more valuable and appealing.

  Contacted Yankee Restoration to get some interior work done on the house. Entire experience was fantastic! Person answering the phones returned my call and then sent me pictures of a similar job once I described the work. Rob and his team came to the house to provide an estimate. Very professional. I like the fact that Rob communicated well and honored his commitments as far as turn around time and getting back to me. Rob sent me the estimate and then broke down all the costs so that I could understand all of the cost drivers. He was very patient in working with me. Ultimately we could not do this job at this time with Rob because my wife and I underestimated what the total cost would be. But Yankee Restoration is definitely on my short list of companies to use in the future.
