  Extremely knowledgeable and professional service, five stars. My experienced technician adapted the approach to completely solve the problem while also accomodating my input. He found and resolved a short in the wall that could have been disastrous. He checked the overall health of the home's electricity, not just the reason I called, and corrected other problems as well that I was unaware of - but had been experiencing effects of. I chose to make additional improvements to prevent future problems which cost quite a bit more but it bought me peace of mind.

  CJ and Owen from Cotti-Johnson were a GREAT Team! They installed our new AC in a timely manner. They were professional, polite, knowledgeable and answered all my questions without hesitation. They were respectful of our home and left it spotless. The communication from everyone at Cotti-Johnson regarding what and when things would be done was excellent. This company is now on our "go to list" for any future services we may need in our home.

  Ray delivered fantastic, honest service and fixed my air conditioning unit quickly and affordably. He is professional, friendly and explains the how and the why of everything as he goes along. Ray even hosed down my AC unit, free of charge, for a quick clean up of debris that had accumulated in the casing. Who does that these days?! Ray also explained the Cotti-Johnson regular maintenance plan which is a smart way to keep my system running well and prevent future breakdowns. I'm definitely going to subscribe to that. I'm rather new to the area, so I didn't have a HVAC company to depend on like I did in Sturbridge, but I do now. Cotti-Johnson is my new go-to for all my heating and cooling needs. Thanks, Ray!

  AVOID THIS COMPANY I am beyond disgusted with Cotti-Johnson. I have been a paying MEMBER with a monthly service agreement, and I have been without hot water for an entire MONTH. A month. As a member. This is not a minor inconvenience — it’s basic negligence. I have called them over and over and over. Every single time it’s the same empty promise: “someone will reach out shortly.” No one ever does. No technician, no callback, no accountability, nothing. I gave them clear deadlines and they blew right past every one of them without so much as an apology. It is genuinely crazy to me that a company can take membership fees every month and then completely abandon a paying customer when something actually goes wrong. They do not care about their members. They do not care about their reputation. They do not care, period. After years of referring business their way, I will never recommend Cotti-Johnson to another living soul, and I am telling everyone I know to steer clear. If you’re considering signing up with them — don’t. Save your money and your sanity and find a company that actually shows up.
