  JT came out to our condo and did a fantastic job! He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Our issue ended up being something pretty simple, but he never made me feel silly for not knowing how to fix it. He took the time to explain everything and made the whole experience great. We would absolutely use them again in the future and highly recommend JT!

  Don't look on their website for reviews. I had my ac and heater replaced for 18,000. The installers left my wall damaged around the opening where heater was installed. The plaster and paint was all taken off wall. If they told me they damaged the wall I would have felt better! Here is the kicker. After the unit was installed, maybe 2 weeks later started smelling gas! I called emergency line for cotti johnson and was told they had no one to send out, they are busy. What happened to 24 hour emergency service? They said,call fire department, dah! Fire department and eversource came out and eversource said yes, gas leak. Cotti techs didn't tighten the pipe! Eventually, cotti johnson came out to do repairs. Person who had originally who answered phone was not concerned that I had a gas leak 🙄. In addition, to the gas leak and damage to wall their sales person is awful. Boy what a snow job he gave me. I left several messages asking questions about the installation and warranty. Never returned my calls, horrible. I never leave a bad reviews but this service was deplorable. I called several weeks ago about damage to my wall and still no response. The home inspector came in with cotti johnson representative and was in and out in less than a minute 😳 wow.

  Had water all over my rug. Wasnt sure where it was coming from i called explained what my central ac set up was and that i wasnt sure if it was a plumber or hvac issue. They send a hvac guy and he knew without looking it wasnt the ac. They should have never sent him. Then they sent plumber. Found out there was a little hole in pex pipe behind washer. Took 20 minutes. For the hvac to show up and do nothing and the plumber to work 20 min. It cost 570 dollars. I tried to call before they did work but it was Friday at 430 and office was closed I didn't want to do it but they had me over a barrel. Didnt want to go while weekend with warer shut off. K e done alot of business with them they dont seem to care. Not happy

  Leaving this review because this company keeps cold calling me before sunrise insisting I entered my number to request an HVAC quote. I did not. I live in California but have a property on Cape Cod. My best guess is that my number was obtained from property-data lead sourcing and then entered into their system as a quote request. They have repeatedly called / texted around 5am and 7am…I’ve replied multiple times asking to be removed from their call list, with no response. I’ve also told them verbally to stop calling. Yet every new call begins with the same claim that I submitted my number for a quote. At this point, the only thing I have ever actually requested from this company is that they stop contacting me, which appears to be the one request they refuse to process. So, for the record: please remove me from your call list. Again. UPDATE: The owner’s response below states that this company “does not cold call” and suggests that I may have been a past customer. To be clear: I have never been a customer of Cotti Johnson, and I never requested an HVAC quote from this company. The calls I received specifically claimed that I had submitted my information requesting a quote. I repeatedly explained that I had not, and I repeatedly asked to be removed from their contact list. Those requests were not honored. What is particularly frustrating about the response below is that I am now being asked to take an additional step by emailing my full name to another person in order to stop communications that I never requested in the first place. My phone number was obviously sufficient for the company to repeatedly contact me, so it should also have been sufficient to honor my repeated requests to stop. I’m not giving them another avenue to contact me with by sending them my email address. After I posted this review, the company continued on…..they texted me and asked me to take the review down. I would simply like the company to respect the request I have made from the beginning: stop contacting me and remove my information from your systems. Their statement that they “do not cold call” does not match what happened to me. Whatever terminology the company prefers to use for these calls, I did not request them, I was not a customer, and I repeatedly asked for them to stop…yet here we are again!
