The gentleman who came was very nice and helpful explaining how to fill the salt, the type to use and when to fill it. Just a very helpful and hardworking individual. Will definitely recommend these guys. And also shout out to Steven who picked the phone up to schedule this. He was very helpful and then confirmed apt. etc, because I obviously forgot. Just a well run operation and the people know what they are doing which is a breath of fresh air.

This is typically due to iron in the water or a very low pH which can dissolve some of the copper and other metals from your pipes into the water. A combination of a water softener and pH neutralization system can correct this problem.

However, if there is construction or other “earth shaking” activity in your area which could potentially have an impact on underground aquifer flows, you may consider testing sooner.
