Nathan was great to work with! He helped specify a replacement filtration system and completed testing to ensure the system was right-sized for our needs. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything. The installation was easy to schedule and completed in a day!

I called H2O Care for service on our softener. The service tech, Christopher, did an excellent job diagnosing and explaining the problem. He went the extra mile to track down a replacement controller, saving us from a full softener replacement. I have found H2O Care to be knowledgeable and efficient. It’s important to have peace of mind with private well treatment and H2O Care provides that for us.

The sales and installation teams were fantastic and wonderful to work with. Extremely knowledgeable and seemed to really believe in their product and care about customer satisfaction. During install the guys ran into a valve break issue that could have been a huge catastrophe for us and they worked their tails off to fix the situation and get everything cleaned and dried. Management was super responsible and helpful as well. A+ service.

Just had our filtration system serviced for the first time in our new house. It had been over a year and didn’t realize the upkeep it involved. The gentleman who came was very nice and helpful explaining how to fill the salt, the type to use and when to fill it. Just a very helpful and hardworking individual. Will definitely recommend these guys. And also shout out to Steven who picked the phone up to schedule this. He was very helpful and then confirmed apt. etc, because I obviously forgot. Just a well run operation and the people know what they are doing which is a breath of fresh air.
