We needed several water tests done for our private well system. Nate was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything clearly and made the process easy to understand. He also performed a thorough maintenance check and was very reasonable about the work that needed to be done. Highly recommended!

We purchased a reverse osmosis water filtration system through H2O for under our kitchen sink last year and we have loved the system. It is easy to use, provides ample clean and safe drinking and food prep water for our family of 4 with no issues. It saves us so much money (and aggravation) after years of purchasing bottled spring water. The company has been wonderful to work with and has provided excellent customer service. In fact, we got estimates from several companies and H2O was the most honest and genuine to work with and did not push sales tactics but rather just provided helpful guidance and information. Now, a year later, when ready for our filter change service, they provided efficient and professional work. Emma, the technician who came, was knowledgeable, friendly, and provided helpful information to set us up after her work. She was quick but also did a thorough job, provided written directions for how to proceed after the filter change, and even put away our under cabinet items for us before leaving. I highly recommend this company and their products.

Very easy process and friendly team. They check your well head, well pump, and grab samples to take to the lab for you. You even get some tests read to you on the spot as the water technician takes samples. Great work

We had an excellent experience with H2O Care, Inc. Your representative, Karlee Okeefe, came to our house and thoroughly analyzed our water, provided clear information about the purity of our water from different sources, and was a genuine pleasure to work with!
