    I am extremely disappointed with this trash company and the way they handle their customers. The lack of communication and the way billing is handled are unacceptable. Receiving a large, unexpected bill without proper monthly notifications or clear communication is incredibly frustrating, especially when customers are expected to pay it all at once. A company should be transparent, communicate with its customers, and provide reasonable solutions instead of leaving people stressed and confused about unexpected charges. Customer service should mean actually helping people resolve problems, not making an already frustrating situation worse. I would not recommend this company based on my experience. If you decide to use their services, make sure you keep records of everything and carefully review your bills.

    We have been using this company for over 2 years and are very pleased. They are responsive and polite any time I need to schedule a pick up and always pick up our garbage as scheduled. One time they even brought my empty barrels up my driveway when a family member forgot to before leaving the Cape! We are very happy customers!
