MacFarlane South Shore installed our mini splits and hybrid water heater 7 years ago. In that time we have rarely had an issue with the units, if ever we did, the technicians were always prompt, courteous, and would clearly explain what they needed to do and why.
Just today, we needed them to come out for a minor issue Riley was very professional, expedient, and thoroughly explained what the issue was. We have always been very pleased with MacFarlane South Shore, and will continue as loyal customers.

Brian did a wonderful job. He’s an asset to your company. On the contrary was your estimate of service cost vs the invoice amount. My final bill was over 2.5 times what was quoted. I’m not saying it wasn’t fair, I am saying the service writer should better prepare the customer as to the cost of service so they can make a more informed decision.
