  I had a gas leak. The gas company was going to shut off service to the house. I called South Shore and they were there before the gas company left. They fixed the problem quickly and saved me from having my gas service shut off. Can't ask for better service than that. Thank you very much!

  Vincent did a fantastic job assessing our situation and recommending options based on our specific use case. He was knowledgeable of the MASS Save program and what our options would be to get the best HVAC for our home at the best price.

  Brian from South Shore Heating &Cooling was on time, courteous, friendly, respectful of property and professional. Spent a good amount of time trying to find my A/C problem and solve it without replacement. Unfortunately, it is old and does need replacing.He explained the reasons and details of new equipment and will have his office get back to me asap with proposals and cost estimates. I was very impressed with Brian. He is a great asset to the company.

  I can’t say enough good things about South Shore heating and cooling! They recently replaced our dinosaur of an AC condenser, and the entire process was smooth and stress free. From our very first questions to the follow up after the install, they were incredibly responsive and helpful. We started the process last fall getting quotes and weighing our options. With South Shore, every person who came to our home was professional, kind, and patient. They took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of our questions without making us feel silly/dumb for asking. In my experience, it’s rare to find a company that combines great workmanship with such excellent customer service. Their pricing was very reasonable, and I truly appreciate how much pride they put into their work. We will definitely continue using them for our HVAC needs (both heating and cooling) and highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a company they can trust!
