  Appointment was for estimate of boiler replacement. Technician was professional, personable, on schedule, and did not push anything but the basic boiler I wanted. He explained the work to be done and emailed me the estimate same day.

  Brian and the team did an outstanding job on the installation of the furnace & hot water heater. They were courteous and professional and kept me apprised during the installation as well as answering any questions that I had. After the job was finished, they cleaned up and were out the door by 2:00 pm. I really appreciate that they were able to complete the project in 1 day.

  Had a new gas furnace and water heater installed today. Very professional group of installers. Ron was very good at explaining things and keeping me informed throughout the day. Would also like to give a shout out to Kosta who initially met with me to scope out my current HVAC needs. I’m pleased to be a new customer of South Shore HVAC!!
