  The plumbers went above and beyond, making practical suggestions for wiring, etc. They checked out a possible gas leak, making everything safer in my condo building. Really fantastic technicians.

  Kyle (technician) was timely, friendly, and communicative. He was respectful of my home and made it possible for my work day to continue virtually uninterrupted. The heat pump in my home is sparkling clean, and he left no trace of the process. Wishing I could leave 6 stars!

  Western Mass is my go-to company for plumbing and hvac. Always top notch work, top notch service, I'd never consider hiring anyone else. This project included new shower fixtures, a utility sink, and a pumping system for laundry effluent and it was done to the same high quality standards I've come to expect from Western Mass.

  Service was prompt. Staff, in particular DaveFowler, was very knowledgeable repairing our boiler, and really friendly and polite. Great service call.

  I emailed WMHCP in May 2026 to request a house assessment for installation of a minisplit; they responded within 2 days. This is in contrast to two other companies I attempted to work with: one company came to do an assessment in May but did not follow up and we had to drop that company; another company never responded to my email. WMHCP had one openning end of June and I jump[ed on it. They provided us with the name of the assessor who would come to our house and provided details of what to expect. He arrived on time, was thorough, courteous, knowledgeable, and answered all our many questions. He wrote up a contract within a few days, revised it in response to some questions we had, and we booked an installation date in early August. It took 7 busness days for us to receive the downpayment invoice, but this is understandable given how busy they were this time of year. The invoice was clear and payment options were easy. I strongly recommend this company based on how things have gone so far. I will write another review once the installation in completed in August.
