Andrew diagnosised and resolved a number of issues with our older, poorly maintained tankless water heater and system. He was friendly, communicated well, and was upfront with the work needed and costs associated with the project. We were very satisfied with the results, we have heat where there was none before(!) and we feel confident heading into another long new england winter ❄️

Not worth it in my opinion to over expensive for what a handyman can do for a 1/4 of the price, I had them come in & replacing a leaking pipe & unclogging my toilet in my basement, cost almost 3k for what a handyman can do for maybe 400$. It only took 3 or 4 hours to do. Then got a another price for fixing my main water valve & it's pipe another 8k, got a handyman & did for only 700. I might be a outsider for leaving a 1 star review. Just way too expensive.

We had a boiler installed from a different company that instantly leaked and then wouldn’t turn on at all two weeks later. When we called Wicked Plumbing they came the next day and got it up and running. They showed us exactly what was done wrong during the initial install comparing ours to the diagrams in the manual. They came out the next week and fixed the boiler in its entirety. They were professional, on time, and clear about the cost. We will be calling them for all of our future Steam Heat needs!

Wicked Plumbing was incredibly responsive and arrived within hours of my initial inquiry to assess a leak in my oil-fired water heater. They thoroughly evaluated the situation and provided quotes for both a replacement oil-fired unit and a switch to an electric water heater, which offered a longer warranty at a significantly lower cost. Nick H. took the time to explain all my options clearly and professionally, making sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. As a family-owned business, Wicked Plumbing truly goes above and beyond to provide personalized service. They made me feel like I was their only customer, and that level of care really stood out. I highly recommend Wicked Plumbing to my family, friends, and neighbors. If you’re looking for a responsive, professional, and trustworthy plumbing company, look no further!

Great job by Nick, Andrew, and Hunter, installing a new water pump at my built-in 1966 home! Their communication skills were superb, keeping me in the loop throughout the entire process. They were able to source tools and parts easily. Patient throughout the speed-bumps that were encountered on the job, they did it all. Their follow-up with me was excellent as well, calling next-day with winter care procedures for the newly installed pump. Awesome crew. Wicked Plumbing, they don't know how to fail!
