  Start to finish the experience was great. I visited the showroom and the employees ran me thru features of windows. Next, salesman Matt came to our house to count and measure. He said it would take 6-7 weeks from that date for the windows to be ready. I opted for a second measuring just to be sure of measurements. Right on the dot the windows were ready. We choose a date and Ryan's crew was there with the windows. 5 hours for 14 windows. The crew was very polite and worked the entire time. The cleaned up inside and outside and they were on to another job. The whole experience was so proffesional and laid back. Refreshing in a day were so many in the trades do a disservice to the profession.

  We had a wonderful experience getting our large living room window replaced. Couldn’t be happier with the window and Rick Dufresne was great and knows what he is doing. My mom is so pleased with how it turned out.

  Windows arrived when predicted. Installation took one day. Staff was professional and efficient.

  I had 3 doors & 12 windows installed. It took Ryan & his team 2 days to complete the project. They did an amazing job keeping things neat on the inside. The outside clean up was spotless. Very impressed with the workmanship of product & crew
