  Can thoroughly recommend this company. From the first contact with Angel who took the time to understand our needs, through to the installation, wonderful customer service and support. We invested in two hybrid heat pumps and the comfort gain is great. Special shout out to Roberto, James and Josh who took great care of the installation and Marty who answered all of our questions with patience and ensured we were happy with everything as things wound up. A great crew all round!!

  I use Control Point for my yearly tune up for furnace and central air. I needed to have some electrical work done as well. The electrical technician Austin was great to deal with. He was very personable and did a great job. He made me feel very comfortable and did not try to push unnecessary things to be done. I highly recommend Austin and the entire Control Point organization

  Super helpful. Really like how comprehensive this service is - you really get more than your monies worth becoming a VIP member. Ben was very helpful and professional, made sure I understood the recommendations, as well as concerns he had. Really appreciated him not judging that I haven’t always been on top of my maintenance, and his open and honest approach of talking me through options and what may be best.

  Excellent HVAC Service I had a great experience with Mr. Ben, the HVAC technician. He was professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and very courteous.   Terrific experience from initial consultation through to installation. They were extremely knowledgeable and patient, thoroughly explaining options and answering questions. We chose mini splits after reviewing all of the choices and they were installed the very next week. They also connected us to the MassSave program for an interest free loan and built some rebates right into the cost - couldn’t have been easier. Installation was efficient and done well - the set up of the systems was just as described, and they work wonderfully so far. They also stayed to thoroughly explain function and use. Highly recommend Control Point - we had Marcus, Josh, Freddy and Nick on our crew. Also Beth was incredibly helpful with logistics and scheduling. Entire process was amazingly hassle and issue-free. Will definitely use them again for any HVAC jobs!
