  David was so professional and a great listener and he diagnosed the issues promptly and clearly explained what was occurring Today we replaced the capacitor for one AC unit and now will replace furnace and other AC unit He is an asset to Lawrence Air !! Mary Ann and John Allen

  Lawrence Air Systems is terrific. Brandon was professional and fixed my issues. I have used this company for years at my business in Warren and I am thrilled that they also service Portsmouth all the way to Jamestown. I highly recommend them.

  Jeffrey Leak came out to service our central air and he was absolutely lovely. So nice and thorough, and incredibly transparent. Very respectful and didn’t rush through anything even though it was after 5pm. Would definitely recommend!

  We purchased a home with 3 year old Mitsubishi heat pump system installed by Lawrence. I found a leaky flare (about 1 lb low on refrigerant causing poor performance) and odd behavior on our upstairs splits which turned out to be cross wiring from the initial install. Service team quoted a very expensive repair! I offered a reasonable compromise to fix these issues related to initial installation, but they were unwilling to cover any of the cost as 2 year labor warranty had passed. On a positive note: The service techs were very friendly and professional!
