  Crew was on time , professional and got the job done. Since instillation I have recommended Lawrence several times and will continue, everything seems easy, scheduling, and the professional attitude of everyone I have met that works for them

  In an emergency I contacted Lawrence Air to provide service on my geothermal system when the original installer (Superior Comfort) notified me that they no longer service geothermal. I was informed by Lawrence that they would not service my system because they did not install it originally. I fortunately found someone else to do it (turns out it was just a bad thermostat that needed to be replaced), but it is exceptionally bad business for Lawrence to tell a prospective client to hit the road when they need help in an emergency. I am writing this because they seem to be a very reputable vendor and hope that they will reconsider this policy for the sake of future clients.

  I had maintenance done on my boiler before the season, Victor came, he was prompt and found that I needed my expansion tank replaced. He did a thorough job with the cleaning and had to return another day to replace the tank. The next appointment came and I had Rob come who was just as prompt and professional, he replaced my tank . I would recommend Lawrence Air Systems to anyone looking for a great company, I had a company prior for many years , but the turnover with staff and the lack of quality service was very disappointing. Great company, great customer service!!🙌
