    I receiving an initial quote but could not get them to come back to do the install. After weeks of getting the run around from the sales person I called to file a complaint with the manager but never heard back. Don’t waste time with this company.

    Why any one would buy a gas fireplace from this company is beyond me !!!, then to be disrespected on the phone was enough for me to go some place else, and will spread the word to contractors, use Anderson Insulation, good company....
