  Kyle was fantastic to work with from start to finish. Installing our new washer/dryer ended up being much more complicated than expected because of building management requirements and scheduling issues around the water shutoff, but he was incredibly patient, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. He replaced the shutoff valve, coordinated around multiple scheduling challenges, and made sure the machines were fully operational before leaving. When neighbors later complained about not having enough notice for the shutoff and everything had to be rescheduled, he came back quickly to help get it resolved. What stood out most was how respectful, trustworthy, and responsive he was the entire time. He genuinely cared about making sure everything was done correctly and that we were taken care of. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and that level of reliability is hard to find these days. I would absolutely recommend him.

  I saw an ad for facebook and called. Kyle answered and came out same day. We have a variety of plumbing issues we we had been putting off, in addition to one major issue (pump replacement). His quotes were reasonable and he completed all the work within a few days. Top quality service. Great job!

  Lacroix Plumbing & Heating did a great job fixing a water pressure issue at my home. Kyle was professional, knowledgeable, and walked me through a few options making sure I was fully informed before starting any repairs. Pricing was not only fair, but by far the lowest and most honest quote I got from anyone! I’d definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family!

  Lacroix Plumbing & Heating is a great local company , the owner Kyle is very knowledgeable and professional when it comes to plumbing. He gave me a few options when it came to fixing a shower issue that had fluctuating temperatures. He provided a diagnostic and a solution for the issue, and pricing was very reasonable… I will definitely be going with them again!

  We had Kyle come by and diagnose why our basement bathroom was backing up in the shower when we rarely use it. We were confused why there may be a backup if the basement fixtures rarely get used Kyle came in and found a sewage ejector pit with a dead pump that we had no clue about. He recommended replacement of the sewage pump , so we went with this option and now the basement bathroom works great and the sewage smell is gone. His willingness to help and thorough investigations earned our trust and we will definitely be using him again.
