  Kate from Removal Pro was the best! She took care of everything in an emergency situation. I highly recommend using Removal Pro. They have a number of services so anything related to your furnace/oil tank, give them a call!

  I am so happy that I found and hired Removal Pro L.L.C. to remove my 2 oil tanks (a huge underground oil tank and an old, rusty basement heating oil tank) and to install a new Granby 2 in 1 heating oil tank in my house! I highly recommend Removal Pro L.L.C. and would give them more than 5 stars if I could. They offer competitive, transparent pricing, give free estimates, follow all state and local environmental regulations, and have courteous, knowledgeable, kind, hard-working and highly-skilled employees, who strive to provide complete customer satisfaction and exceed your expectations. I am especially grateful to the following Removal Pro team members: Supervisor and Installation Coordinator, Ms. Kate MacNeil, who was exceptionally amazing, kind, and knowledgeable and who went above and beyond to help me. She patiently answered all of my many questions, helped me choose a new, highly-rated heating oil tank for my home, provided me with constant communication (by phone, text, and email), quickly assembled two, top-notch teams to work at my house, and scheduled both teams to be at my house, on the same day, which was incredibly convenient and time saving. "Crew 12" team members, Isaiah, Kolby, and Kelvin, who arrived right on time and were very nice, polite, hard-working, skilled, and respectful of my property. They expertly and efficiently worked together to remove my basement’s old, rusty heating oil tank, replace it with the new Granby 2 and 1 heating oil tank, and transfer the usable oil from the old tank into the new tank. Amazingly, they did all this work within a space of about 3 hours. "Team 2" members, Miguel and Kerlin (sp?), who were extremely hard-working, perseverant, polite, careful and considerate of my property. They had the daunting task of removing a very old, underground oil tank, whose oil was used to heat a large, indoor pool in the 1970s. Much to my surprise, what I thought had been a 275 gallon oil tank turned out to be a 2,000 gallon tank. After safely removing the oil from the tank, Miguel and Kerlin worked for many hours to free the massive tank from the ground. They never got discouraged and they never complained. They also made sure to follow all the required environmental regulations, such as having soil samples taken by an LSP (Licensed Site Professional) and having a member, of my local fire department, be on site to witness the tank’s removal. It was such a relief to finally have the underground oil tank properly and safely removed off of my property and to no longer have to worry that the tank might leak oil into the ground and aquifer/water supply.   This company was recommended to me by my sister. The process up to, and including and removal/installation, was great, until they left. That night (Thursday) my oil burner stopped working, which is important as it supplies the house hot water. Tech came out and the system was clogged with sludge, and $350 later it was running, and he said it may need more servicing. When I contacted the office, I got a “that can happen”. Again tonight, around the same time, the oil burner stopped working, and the tech is back out clearing more sludge clogging. So, in closing, I replaced the old, sludgy tank and they turned around and pumped the brand new tank full of old sludge. $600 to clear my system, so far, on top of the $4k to remove and replace the tank. I guess I was the 1 in 100 who got the bad service. Addendum on 4/18: I was able to speak w/ Kate and she was incredibly helpful and understanding. She made it right and i’m very appreciative. Some of it was the result of miscommunication. On a whole, they were great. Thank you Kate
