  Worked with Tiles by Perfection for 2 1/2 baths and a kitchen backsplash. Encountered many issues with the install during construction and have been left with more: a cracked bathroom floor tile, crumbling grout in the kitchen, globs of grout left on the shower floor, and excessive grout that was never properly cleaned up. We recently noticed jagged tile spacers that had simply been broken off and left embedded between the shower tiles, still sticking out. To their credit, they came back and professionally cleaned the grout left on the white tile pictured and the kitchen backsplash. Working with the owner and installers was difficult and time consuming and the end result was not worthy of recommending to anyone.

  Kathy was so helpful picking tiles and grout colors. The order arrived quickly. Overall a great experience. I highly recommend!
