His knowledge alongside his ability to simply the sophisticated nature of HVAC systems are the exact principles you want from anyone specialist. Offering easy to understand options and effective action, once I made my decision. Thank you again for all your help!

  Beantown AC, Inc. was extremely easy to work with. They promptly scheduled an appointment to complete repairs (before the extremely hot weather arrived). Brian arrived on time for scheduled repairs. He was courteous, friendly and the ultimate professional. Brian explained all of the options available in great detail. He throughly completed the job efficiently (had all of the required parts with him).

  I had a very disappointing experience with this company. The estimate for a new system was extremely high. When I questioned the price, the owner explained that it was higher because they were very busy and it was peak summer season. As a customer, I don’t believe seasonal demand should justify such a significant increase in cost. I also requested a breakdown separating labor and material costs, but was told their computer system could not provide that information. That lack of transparency made it difficult to understand or justify the estimate. Additionally, there had been previous service visits for the same issue, along with routine maintenance afterward. When I raised those concerns, the owner refused to consider the service history and maintained that the system was fine. Overall, I left feeling that the pricing was driven more by demand than by the actual scope of work, and the unwillingness to provide a detailed cost breakdown or consider prior service history further eroded my confidence. Based on my experience, I would recommend getting multiple estimates and carefully reviewing all options before hiring this company.

  Top notch! On time, quick to diagnose problem, had parts or could quickly obtain them (1/2 hour), so that my A/C was up and running again quickly. All expenses were explained clearly and I felt the pricing was fair. Service rep Ricardo was considerate, quick, exceptionally polite and helpful in providing me with additional documentation and photos that I would need to submit a claim for the A/C.

  Brian McMahon, Jr. is definitely our favorite person from Beantown! He has gone above and beyond each time he has been to our home, especially last winter during frigid weather when our heat was not working. Not only has he fixed each of the different issues we have had over the last year or so, but he explained the intricacies of our heating and cooling systems to help us make good choices about replacements. You can count on Brian McMahon Jr. to be friendly, polite and able to get the job done. He’s the best!
