  Dan repaired our mini splits today! He was knowledgeable, timely, courteous and very patient with my questions! He was organized, clean (wearing shoe covers in the house), and communicative. I understood everything he was doing and he shared pictures to explain everything that was happening. There was extensive work involved in identifying a coolant leak, but he had the resources and technology to complete the work in one visit! I am very pleased.

  Did not get work done from this company. I did watch one van tailgate an older fella down a dirt road laying in the horn and riding so dangerously close. I have zero respect for people who drives like that.

  The normal people I would call could not make it. So I called Beantown Services. They sent out a couple techs the next day and had me up and running in no time. I have a Lennox system and though my other company I used was good, they seemed confused when looking at the Lennox system. After seeing Beantown Home Services troubleshoot my Lennox HVAC System,I could tell they were knowledgeable and well trained with Lennox HVAC Systems. So from now on I’m gonna stick with Beantown services as my new go to people for my HVAC system. You won’t be disappointed.

  Nice & professional, but $$ EXPENSIVE $$. Had a quote done for a whole home generator and for the exact same 22kW Generac, same features, same accessories, same install location, same warranty, Beantown was at a minimum $6k MORE than other highly reputable companies. Even a quote from a sub-contracted company through Lowe's was $6k less and that is going through a big-box store where you'd expect to pay more, but may get some other benefits. You're paying for their marketing and new jet skis, not the product and service. This review is strictly for a PSA to help educate others in search of Beantown's services.

  I couldn't be more impressed with Beantown Home Services and their technician, Ricardo Mendes. After reaching out, they had Ricardo at our home within 24 hours—a turnaround time that is practically unheard of. From the moment he arrived, Ricardo was an absolute professional and an incredible wealth of knowledge. He took the time to thoroughly assess our situation, listen to what we needed, and clearly outline the process along with transparent, upfront pricing for additional projects we’re planning down the road. What truly set Ricardo apart was his integrity. Without any hesitation, he showed us how to manage a temporary fix ourselves to keep things running smoothly until we have Beantown back out in the coming months. He didn't have to do that, and it speaks volumes about his work ethic and genuine customer-first mindset. Finding someone who pairs top-tier technical expertise with empathy and honest guidance is rare. Ricardo and the team at Beantown Home Services have earned a customer for life, and I can't recommend them highly enough!
