  I originally got great emergency service from Beantown a few years back and had to replace my old system. Forgot to set up annual maintenance but got it all set up this year. Price included both summer and winter maintenance. Anthony was prompt and quickly went about his work getting everything checked and cleaned.

  My first experience with Beantown today was excellent. Eric and Nate were prompt, professional and courteous. The minisplits in my recently purchased home had been neglected for years so they needed a deep cleaning. I’m now enjoying clean, cool air and I’m very happy with the job done. They left everything clean and explained how to clean the filters regularly. I opted to subscribe to the annual Premium level plan for my heat and A/C maintenance.

  Noelson arrived within the promised timeframe and immediately took a look at the water staining on our dining room ceiling. He was very thorough as he eliminated our AC system as the cause. We will take the next step and remove part of the ceiling in order for a Beantown plumber to find the leak. A very solid experience.

  After being away from home for a few days, we came home to a very warm (hot) house. The AC was not working properly. On Sunday night I looked to book an appointment via Beantown’s website. I was able to book an appointment for Monday morning. Dan showed up early, was extremely knowledgeable and professional and fixed the problem. I highly recommend Beantown Home Services and Dan especially.

  I would never never use them again. They put in a light montor that shines light during the night hours. It was faulty when they put it in. They replaced it and the new one lasted one year. I called them because the lights were very dim. They replaced it because it was under warranty . They made me sign a contract that they would charge me $320 for them to call the manufacturer and get it replaced. Unfortunately I signed the contract. Then when I questioned the amount they charge they would not take anything off and told me to find someone else. Don’t get them - get a private electrician - Drew C Bililies Plymouth
